We were frequent diner's at Brioso Ristorante in Marlboro before they moved, and I considered it one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. We finally visited the new location and although the service was good and the building is beautiful. I was extremely disappointed in the meals. Although they said it was the same management - I find it hard to believe the difference. At the last establishment EVERYTHING was amazing 5 star quality.

Just got home. Food was good as always. But service was crazy slow. 2 hours + for just my wife and I. Not good when other people who came in after us get their food before us and leave before us

After our third time here we decided to send a review. We normally dont ever critique because we own a restaurant and understand how difgicult of a business it is. Our restaurant is an hours drive north , so we are not competing. I dont know the people who run Brioso. Everything has been excelkent every visit. The prices are right for what you get. If anyone thinks this place is expensive they need to go and have their chicken parm in a dirty pizzeria. Atmosphere is very warm. The chef has always come out to say hello, management always professional and courteous. They make a great cocktail. I am thinking that if anyone thought they were mistreated its probably because they, as a customer dont know how to behave in a restaurant, or in public in general. Highly recommend the Bolognese, the red snapper. Bronzini is excellent. Good wine list. Zabaglione outstanding. We will be returning soon.

Food is great,best service,very friendly management and working personal.
I'm reading other reviews and feel bad.Looks like some people never happy and only they are taking the time to post reviews.
While I was doing the review,chef came out and personally ask people how they like it.
Best restaurant in town.BTW price is lower then reasonable.

Maître d' was about as rude as you can get.
Him & the owner act like they're doing you a favor. The problem is that they are pretty much the only game in town. You will over pay for below average food & drinks if you like paying for getting abused then this is your place!!!
Unbelievable!!! And people accept it not us..
We would never go back !!!!!!

Great bar; good food; fantastic dj/dancing; lovely atmosphere; terrible parking; kind hospitality. Uneven quality in dishes & service; add "the finishing touches" & it'd be 4 stars. RECOMMENDED; WILL RETURN!
