    I went there last week for an inspection. I was told that in order to pass my state inspection I needed a blender actuator so my defrost would work. I gave the ok to fix and the next day I received my truck with the new state inspection sticker. I get up at 4 in the morning for work. Upon cutting on my defrost, IT DOESNT WORK. There is no air flow through the vents. I've literally sat in my truck and ran the defroster for 20 minutes and IT DOESNT WORK. I was ripped off. The 175 + 95 (for a diagnostic) was pretty much free money to the mechanic that worked on my truck. I will NEVER do business with this company again and cannot believe that the mechanic took advantage of me. Please, take your truck/car to mechanics who are honest and have integrity.

    I came in early for scheduled Maintence (no appointment) but late on a Friday (4pm) Bob took great care of my 2010 Focus and a great price on two tires! On Monday, Dave helped me with a flat in the older tires! Fast Lane indeed!

    Won't go back, took my truck to get inspected and they failed it for wheel bearings. Completely outrageous. Took it somewhere else and it wasn't even an issue. Customer service staff is good, but won't get my car or truck serviced there ever again.

    The rudest, most dishonest business I have dealt with this year. They were dishonest, disrespectful, and rude. Their sales team was bad to deal with and their prices and what they told us were dishonest. What a disappointment, I will never go there again or buy a Ford it was such a bad experience.

    I tried to purchase a new 2017 F250 6.7 Powerstroke Friday 28JUL17 and the only way to get it was to put a few grand down. When I told the general manager that, he went out of his way to find me a 2015 F250 6.7 with more options and o my 22k miles. The bed liner was damaged from previous owner and he agreed to give me a new spray in bed liner. I will purchase my next truck from Wynne Ford again!
    My boss purchased a new truck from Wynne Ford 6mos ago and referred me to his salesman, John Goad, who I asked for when I got there. John Goad is a very professional salesman and will not pressure you or try and talk you into a different vehicle then what you want and will do everything possible to make you happy. He even called me the next afternoon to check on me and make sure that I was still happy with my truck and it was still doing great.
    If you're in the market for a Ford, then PLEASE give Wynne Ford a shot and ask for Mr. John Goad! Tell him Chandler referred you. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    So my initial visit was not with a regular employee of Wynn, that's the past. After being contacted by Dave (GM), and CEO Pat Fields, I can say these guys went out of their way to accommodate, took their personal time to meet with me, very sincere and Professional. At the end of the day they sold me a very nice Tundra! Thank you very much guys!! I would also like to thank Chris Saltzman who drove from Hampton to my residence in Va.Beach to bring and throughly explain all the paperwork needed to purchase the truck, he was very Professional and patient. Thank you very much guys!!

    My experience with the service department (Specifically Casey) couldn't have been better. He did an incredible job at keeping me abreast of the process and timeline of when my car would be completed as well as answering my questions in layman terms. I called a few times myself and each time I was able to get connected and speak with someone promptly with being on hold for at the most 45 seconds. Exceptional customer service.

    In the end I was satisfied with the service and response from Wynne Ford service department. Getting there was a little frustrating. My Focus was towed into Wynne Ford after overheating on I64 in Norfolk. Initial diagnostic was a busted heater hose which was replaced. After picking up the car and driving home the car overheated. I took the car back to Wynne and received bad news after evaluation of problem. The head gasket was blown and not worth repairing due to the age of the car. Wynne Ford refunded my money for the service of the heater hose since that was not the only problem and car was not worth cost of repairing. My thanks goes out to Wynne Ford for listening to my complaint and resolving

    Our salesperson Marvin Smith, was very patient as we made our decision to get the 2015 Ford Fusion Energi. He was thorough in explaining the differences in the vehicles we were looking at. He was surely looking out for his fellow navy brother. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to Wynn Ford and Marvin.

    Buying experience was great, no issues at all the my sales person. However ok bought a brand new 2016 F 250 for 55,000 and the sync is not working. Steering wheel controls work except for the ones for the phone. USB charger and aux plug do not work. Kind of sucks to spend so much money and have simple issues like these that could have been noticed well before the vehicle was purchased if someone would have just checked the vehicle to make sure everything operated as it should be fore selling it to a customer that now has to take the vehicle back and leave it to get fixed.

    The sales team at Wynne Ford. Worked with me to get the car I wanted. At the price I could afford. Everyone there was so friendly,and kind.
    I'm a single father with a busy schedule. I had no option, but to bring my four year old son with me. They even had an activity room, and everyone helped keep an eye on him. He even played kick the beach ball with the other sales representatives. In the showroom of all places! I felt like I was at home. They didn't even mind when I brought back Chick-fil-A for my son to eat on the test drive. LOL
    After a very bad experience at another dealership with the most online review stars. I had no idea how to choose where to go to buy my new car. I read some testimonies of other customers. None of them were very informative. I'm just an average shipyard worker. I have nothing to gain from writing this testimony. I just hope my testimony helps you!
    It was luck of the draw that led me to Wynne Ford. They understood what I wanted. They knew what I could afford. They didn't play any games.
    I LOVE my new car!

    I have been extremely pleased with the 10 plus years of Service from Wynne Ford on my older model car. The Service Advisors explained all the work and needed repairs. When I left, I was always confident that my car was in excellent working condition. As a result, I decided to purchase my new car at Wynne, knowing I could count on their Service Department.

    My car buying experience was great. Salesman, John Goad, worked with me to ensure I found a car, not only within my budget, but that had all the features I wanted. Also, he patiently explained the workings of all the “bells and whistles” (way beyond those in my 1990s era car) and assured me he would be available if I had any questions. Thank you John – and thank you to the friendly Wynne staff that took the time to stop by and chat while I waited for my car to be prepped.

    Went there to trade in my 2013 F150 on a new 2016 F150 and they gave me what I wanted for my trade in. The staff is real nice and will work with you to make the purchase easy with no pressure. This is my first time using this dealership and I would do it again in a heartbeat. They treat you like your one of them when other dealers don't. They have the Wynne Ford advantage program which is a good program to have for any new vehicle purchase. I recommend Wynne Ford to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
