    PLEASE READ ALL l had my truck towed into Patrick for some work an went to retrieve some items an no one at the dealership could find my truck. They called the next day an said they found my truck they had pull it in for a oil change that was supposed to be performed on someone else's car they said we did the oil change no charge no problem we'll go ahead an complete the other work that your truck came in for. My truck wasn't there for a oil change. They performed the oil change damage my oil pan didn't tell me patch my oil plug up with cork sent me on with out saying a thing. Four months later RICK HENDRICKS CHEVROLET makes Patrick Chevrolet aware that they had deceived me in breaking my truck an not telling me I starting speaking with service dept at Patrick which was rude didn't get any help spoke with general manager of all three location of Patrick Dealership's who was rude in my opinion he tried to fix the problem in my opinion he didn't I then asked to speak to next in charge I was told it was the owner who works at the dealership. So I started calling the owner that morning who I was told was in the buildind finally he called back late pm an in my opinion was just as rude or ruder than any of the people that had spoken with already an he still didn't do anything to completely solve my problem. All this after I told them four months ago I wasn't coming back because the work that I originally brought my truck in for wasn't done correctly VERY VERY DISATISFIED CUSTOMER

    I have been to Patrick twice and will not go ever again!!!!! I bought a brand new Buick from another dealer far from my home and I was quoted an outrageous amount to simply put my front license plate holder on the vehicle(FYI I had the plate holder in my hand).I was told I didn't buy my vehicle there. I'll be calling GM and I suggest everyone else that have problems with Patrick to do the same. They should shut the doors!!! FYI, I went to another GM dealership and they put it on at no charge...a courtesy, something Patrick knows nothing about!!!! Good will goes a long way...ILL WILL goes farther!!!

    I recently put a new cam In my truck. Have been having brake issues at idle ever since. I changed the brake booster, Booster Vacuum Sensor and cleaned the wheel speed sensors and nothing changed. Called the Service Department on Wednesday afternoon and explained everything that’s been done and what was happening. I even mentioned that I looked into an external vacuum pump to help.
    I showed up at 7:30am Thursday for my service appointment. Explained again what was going on. After about 45min, I was told I needed a new booster, Booster Vacuum sensor and a master cylinder gasket. I told them again that the booster and sensor were newly installed yesterday so that’s not happening. Then they said ok, the gasket is the issue. Finally finished up at 10:45 and they said everything is good and charged me $247 for the service.
    I walk to my truck, start it and before I get out of the parking space, brake pedal is still messed up and brake code pops up on the dash again. I went inside and said the issue wasn’t fixed. The service guy called the tech and the tech told him, “ it’s not building enough vacuum at idle, he’s gonna need to buy a Vacuum Pump to fix it!”
    I think with all the information I gave them in the first place, you would think that would’ve been the first damn thing they would say instead of charging me $247 to put in a gasket that’s not gonna fix my truck! I was told by the service writer after I called them back that “They MAY have overcharged a bit for the diagnostic so I’ll give you a free oil change next time you need one!”
    This is COMPLETELY ridiculous and shady as hell also! Free oil change....no thanks. I’ll never be back again!
    Way to take advantage and kick someone when they’re down!

    Over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Excessive..especially when you have the first appointment of the day.

    As a person who travels the i95 corridor weekly, it is nice to find a dealership that not only says they can help but actually does it. April and the entire service staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommended to any GM Chevy owner. Thank you again for the prompt service.

    I did my Buick Encore Service today from Patrick. It was the first time I went there for a service. I thought of trying another dealership for this time. I did my transmission service (a more than $300.00 service) along with a mud guard installation. The mudguard was bought online for $24.99. After the service, when I went to pay , I found that they charged $99.00 for the MUDGUARD installation (that I could do it by myself IN LESS THAN 30 minits). Mr Richie Anderews (the service adviser) told me that they have done grillings to make some holes. After negotiating, Mr Richie, told me that he could make it for $80.00. But, if I was told upfront that they would charge such a huge amount for a 30 minuts work, I wouldn't have done that from there. The customers should have informed earlier (before the service), when they charge such ridiculous amount. I know that they are not there for charity, but business. But it should be fair business. I feel that The Patrick Buick GMC is dishonest. They should have told upfront to the customer about the service costs.

    After my research, I found that there is no drilling is required for installing the mudguards; instead, only few screws need to be taken off, align the mudguards, and screw those back. After this incident, I checked with Pep boys and Firestone for their service charge. They told that they could do it for $40.00 including the taxes.

    Also I do not know they used the Dexron vi or Dexron iii as transmittion fluid. It's not mentioned in the receipt. They should have explained in the receipt what type of oil they used for transmission. I know that Buick strongly recommends Dexron vi for Buick Encore, I do not know what they used in this time.

    Very Poor, inept and no knowledge dealership. Went if to purchase a truck and was told that they secured it from another dealership. Drove back in to give a deposit and was told that Jeanette made a mistake and they they "shouldn't" have a problem getting the vehicle and would call me first thing in the morning. I ended up calling them around noon and was told that the manager "Park" forgot to follow up, but would get a call back in 30 minutes. around 230pm i called back and Park the manager picked up and said that they cant get the vehicle.... right now... but wait till then end of the month and maybe they can. Needless to say I told him thanks for wasting my time and i'll go elsewhere.

    The whole dealership is pretty poor to be honest. Jeanette knew nothing of vehicles and the follow up communication from the sales manager was pretty pathetic. I would recommend these guys get their act together and stop jerking people around. Its lying car dealerships like this that taint everyone else. AVOID PATRICK GMC

The people at this dealership (sales and service) are friendly, helpful, responsive...they have always gone the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. In a world where people are starved for reliable customer service and trustworthy individuals, this dealership is the real deal!

    My family been buying cars from Patrick for 25 years. The experience I had on July 23rd was terrible. The sales associate Christina didn't know nothing about the GMC Acadia. She kept using her cell phone when me and my husband was asking questions. This Lady should not be talking to customers if see can't give good customer service. If you go buy a car from Patrick make sure you buy from Jason or the big guy. Patrick is a great dealership to buy from.
