Received excellent customer service from Ivy! The techs were fast and efficient and our carpets and rugs smell great and look almost brand new! Highly recommend!

We had extensive water damage caused by a failed valve under a sink. The cabinetry and surrounding floors/carpet were ruined. Since we had to repair/replace the damaged area, we decided to expand the scope of the project and replace the majority of the flooring in the house. The project included removal of tile, laminate flooring, carpet, installation of new vinyl plank floors, base boards, drywall repair, painting, and creating a custom built-in cabinet/shelf unit. We could not be any happier with the end result! Before starting the project, we went back and forth quite a bit with Brian Castro (the project manager) in order to fine tune what we wanted exactly. He was courteous, friendly, and very responsive. The contractors were very professional and did a great job. I especially appreciated how careful they were when moving our furniture and other items, as well as executing on the work. I would not hesitate for a moment to use this company in the future, and will be recommending them to my family & friends.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL cleaning services in the area, do not do business with WOW. 2 weeks after the work was completed and paid for, they sent us another bill with inflated prices for everything. They keep harassing us for more money after we've already paid! Beware of their fraudulent business practices before reaching out to this company.

Our technician did a great job getting stains out of our white couches and ottoman. He took his time and was working for over 2 hours. Our furniture looks great - much better than after we've used other companies. We loved our experience and will definitely be using them again!
