Derek was professional and up front with me about pricing and what was needed to take care of my determined issues. Prior to his visit he discussed my concerns with me and made sure he came with the correct items needed to diagnose my problem and make sure it would be taken care of as efficiently as possible. The pricing was fair and they offered affordable payment plans if needed and accepted multiple payment types.

They were awesome! Zak and his coworker worked hard and long
Into the evening to fix my plumbing situation. They stayed til the job was done even when it ended up taking much longer than expected. They were professional and friendly. I definitely have a new plumber now and would highly recommend them! Walker Plumbing was a much better experience them my previous plumber. Thank you Zak and Walker Plumbing!

Joe performed a complete plumbing system maintenance and inspection. While working, Joe ensured that we understood any issues that surfaced, what may have caused them, and what the recommended repairs were. Joe always reviewed what he was going to repair or replace, including pricing before proceeding. When he had completed the work, we discussed future system requirements, at my request. He is a very thorough and professional contractor. Joe was very easy to work with and responsive to questions. We will ask for him specifically in the future.

Our hot water heater went out. We called Walker plumbing and and they sent someone out to install a new one. First we were given a quote that we agreed upon but when he came back with the installation crew said what he quoted on Would not be big enough for our home and so the one that would be big enough was $1500 more. We went ahead and agreed-upon that with the understanding that the bigger one with qualify for a rebate. After sending in the paperwork in fact it did not qualify for a rebate. Also the installation done was a poor job. I asked that they repair extra holes they made which they did but did not end up painting. The exhaust they put out in front of the house they told me it would not show any rust it would just be steam coming from that. Guess who gets to repaint the stucco about every six weeks from the rest that comes out? Guess who also had to paint the pipe that they left sticking out of the house that was completely white? The job that we had completed and the job that we agreed upon were two different things this is a totally horrible job that was done that we then had to pay $1800 more for someone else to come out and fix some problems that we ended up having. I would never recommend them!
