These people are great. For doing the same thing over and over and dealing with some clowns, they keep a good attitude and overall every time I've stayed it's been a relatively pleasant experience.

ATROCIOUS, DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. I've experienced 3 other medical trial places before this one. First girl upon entry was cold and robotic. I'd never been here so unsure of the system thus patiently tried to roll with it. Front desk checked me in and sent me to briefing room.
A total of 3 of us screening. In an effort to social distance, I sat behind a guy instead of next to him. Tinika walked in and very rudely said "uhh you need to be sitting in the order you arrived". Umm ok, then say that calmly before gettin attitude as if we're not followinginstructions. She then said to start reading through the papers and sign the consent forms. I had a question about something and she again snapped saying I should have signed the consent forms first before reading the other packed. No, I read before I sign. When the other subjects asked questions she responded with such disrespect towards them as well. I fought myself not to just get up and walk out. She must be very unhappy in life if she uses every incident of communication to belittle people. When doing the rest of the screening, some staff make a point to be friendly and warm, but not all. Some don't even look at you, they just bark commands across the room/hall leaving you confused about who they are talking to. Then when they do finally acknowledge an individual they have a stank attitude about subjects not following orders. I left there feeling my spirit had been violated. If they treat people like this when screening, there is no amount of money worth being locked up in a facility with that level of disregard and disrespect. Unsurprisingly, the nurse said they'd had very few people come in for screening for this study. Well now I know why. Other people have learned their lesson and today I did too. I understand they get a variety of people with varying levels of education in there but to assume everyone is a fool that can be spoke to any type of way is just unacceptable. Even the lowest IQ-holder deserves decency & respect. My hearts goes out to the good staff they have.response / report this review -

World Wide clinical trials worse place ever.
World wide clinical trials completely lied about urine Analysis results. I’ve been doing studies for years and I never had company lie about my test results until now. I take pride in my character, morals and health . This company completely destroyed my character with false lab results. I literally paid $105 for my drug test to prove their system is wrong.response / report this review -

Second overnight stay in three years. Staff is nice. Food is good. Hard getting IV on me. Left with three golf ball size bruises on arms but veins are funny sometimes. It’s a positive experience overall.

They never call you back no matter how many times you contact them for your 1099!!!! So now we need to report to IRS….. and they never follow up/close their AE’s… bad business
