  We love the Worcester Public Library specially the children’s room and the librarians there. It feels more comfortable and secured with the security guards they now have. I dislike one of the supervisor there she’s rude and I didn’t feel she was concerned with the issue I had. :/

  It feels unsafe. It needs better supervision. It feels as if you are in the street, listening to people fighting. Moreover, it's very dirty, especially the carpets are awful.
  Some sections need to be enriched more.

  Don't be late! Computers are off and entire staff literally walks out the door within 30 seconds after closing time.

  It's a very nice libraryonly thing I would say I don't really like is that they let druggies n homeless hangout there all day..I don't like to go there with my children because of this..

  Nice library with lots of materials, but none of the branches are great for studying. You can hear the librarians carrying on conversations, and people frequently go up to the quiet floor to have conversations, arguments, and cell phone conversations. There is little courtesy for others and the librarians will not speak up.

  They library is awesome. They have books on CD, computers, a children's room, and books too! Parking is easy and staff is friendly, if you're not using the library and you love in Worcester you're missing out.

  Undoubtedly, the most well kept library in years. Such a beautiful place with LOTS of books and accommodations (computers, helpful staff, etc)
