Every massage I've received here was fantastic and the owner is really accommodating. Enjoyed the winter deluxe package today and it was worth every penny! A warm neck wrap, foot soak, paraffin hand treament, a wonderful hot stone massage, followed by warm tea & cheesecake. I like that we didnt feel rushed..we have been here for 2+ hours enjoying every moment. We will be returning in the summer to enjoy the birds and flowers as well! Great atmosphere, private, safe & peaceful.

We called and reserved this as our first Christmas present to each our wedding was in Nov. And our cat got extremely sick and had to be rushed to the vets. We called and explained the situation, the girl said they could refund us the money or move it to our next day. After the vets when we called back they changed their story. Three weeks of begging the owner to return our call he said he would look at how we paid and refund us six months later and we never received anything. My family has been going here for over a decade and they kept our 75.00 dollars and gave us the worst customer service I have ever seen. Do not go here they are awful and unaccommdating for emergencies.

The owner of this place is extremely unprofessional. I resereved massages at least 3 months ahead of time. When I called them closer to the date to be sure of the time they had scheduled 2 massages the same time. I called and spoke with the owner who was extremely rude. He could care less if he has any customers. He would not do anything to help with the dilemma that HE caused. Very unprofessional and not worth the time!
