  Just got off the phone with the most unhelpful, sales agents around. they gave nothing but inaccurate information. after being on hold for 10-15 minutes, i was told they took my insurance , then after another 5 minutes on hold , i was told even though they took my insurance, i would have to pay out of pocket cause no insurance covers the equipment i needed.
  
  So, i call my insurance company and confirm that the equipment i need is covered and I call them back. I tell them that i called my insurance provided and the equipment is covered, they then tell me that , my insurance isn't covered at all with their company.
  
  I have family members who have received supplies from them, just last week using the same insurance i was using, so i know this is garbage !!! Rather than admit they made a mistake, they're rejecting the sale all together. No one i know will ever come back here.
  
  GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE !!!

  The employees act like you're an inconvenience.. I got a wheelchair in June it been broken since 1st of JulyI wear skirts I was told to tie my legs together was told they wouldn't take the wheelchair back & I would not receive another the cript I got said scooter they said I was wrong worst company I'd rather Gi joe crawl then ever get anything from them again

  I called to inquire about medical equipment. After being placed on hold, while intermittently being shuffled off to five different personnel, the fifth person was not available to take my call and I was instructed to leave a message. LOL. Thanks for wasting my time and never finding the right person to address my inquiries. I have a better solution for Blackburn's. I will look elsewhere to satisfy my medical equipment needs.

  Within an hour after getting home from doctor's visit, got a call from Blackburn's to confirm address. That was yesterday afternoon. Received supplies today!! I am extremely pleased with courtesy and immediate delivery! Thank you, thank you.
