  Woodhead Funeral Home in Falmouth Ky very exceptional with their customer service. Mary is very professional and caring in every aspect. Randy was also great handling all details. I greatly appreciate all the caring & support shown to me and my family. Every detail was followed through in regards to my mother's funeral service ( Fern Rardin). My memory of her will always be a beautiful & loving memory. Thanks to all @ Woodhead Funeral Home. Your care & exceptional service will always be remembered & appreciated.

  It is so difficult to lose a loved one but the experience with Woodhead Funeral Home made this bearable. Their care and concern were second to none. They respected all our views and wishes. I felt that they made my father look natural and at ease. I have seen too many funeral homes where the bodies were poorly situated to the point that they appeared uncomfortable. I know that sounds strange but that is a lasting impression you don't want for your loved one. The decision to utilize Woodhead Funeral was one I would make again.

  I want to thank Woodhead Funeral Home from the bottom of my heart for all you did for us in preparation for Mom's funeral and burial. Your patience, understanding, and over the top support and service were just amazing. From already having met with Mom to capture all her wishes and retaining that information for so many years, to our meeting to plan all the details for the service, funeral mass, and burial. And the programs for mass and prayer cards, so much work. How many changes did I make? They are just beautiful.
  
  We also enjoyed your homemade bread and coffee gift basket! A very nice touch, so very warm.

  From my first contact with Mary Woodhead Hillenmeyer, I have been impressed with Woodhead and the assistance, service and patience provided. A difficult process is handled with such care - you cannot go wrong working with the people at Woodhead!

  Woodhead Funeral Home handled my mother, Trudi Dayspring's, funeral arrangements which took place on June 4, 2016. I cannot say enough good things about how helpful everyone at Woodhead was with every step of the arrangements, service and burial.
  
  My siblings and I live in Texas. My mother lived in Brooksville, KY when she passed away. She lived in a home on a small, private lane which was difficult to find even during the day. Knowing that her wish was that her funeral be handled by Woodhead (based on the recommendation of a friend), Mother's caretaker called Woodhead when she passed; it was was after midnight at that time. They sent someone to get her right away even though they are located in a different county and it was the wee hours of the morning.
  
  Shane got the arrangements started for me early the next morning, drafted the obituary, advised me on media choices for publishing the obituary, and continued to work with me to arrange every detail over the next few days. He and Mary Hillenmeyer made everything so easy for me, it could not have been any easier even if we weren't separated by almost 1,000 miles!
  
  When we arrived for the memorial service, everything was ready and exactly as discussed. My mother looked beautiful. We brought our own music and Woodhead was prepared to and capable of playing it in any and every media format. They also recorded it for us which was an unexpected surprise.
  
  The graveside service went just as smoothly, as did all of the financial paperwork in the following days.
  
  I highly recommend placing the arrangements for your loved ones in the hands of the very capable, caring and experienced people at Woodhead.
