  Eric is not professional at all.sent his son to tear down chimney on Monday. Left a hole in my roof. Came back Tuesday said chimney is bad all the way down. He said i need to do a ventless hot water tank and patch the roof. Left and did not come back to patch the roof or even put a tarp on. Son is hardworking and installed the hot water tank. Had to call GC Contractors to save the day and fix my roof.

  I have used Woodburner's Chimney Sweep multiple times in the last ten years. Eric is professional and knowledgeable and nice. He has cleaned my chimney multiple times, installed a cap, fixed the gas starter pipe, repaired mortar in the fire box, and provided a spray to clean the creosote build up that was not cleaned completely by brushing. He is very affordable and does not "rip you off". I highly recommend this company!

  Mr. Eric Olejnik's WOODBURNERS CHIMNEY SWEEP CO takes the stress out of woodburning fireplaces, chimney cleaning plus repair, and gas fireplaces.
  
  Having led a successful business for 30 years, Mr. Olejnik is focused, single-minded--no small talk. He provides all materials required for my gas fireplace. For example, he added other lava rock to fill out my fireplace's chamber, making it appear more attractive.
  
  Eagle-eyed. Mr. Olejnik can spot a problem(s) quickly and solve it with ease. I especially appreciated the fireplace chamber logs' rearrangement, making the logs ow appear more physically attractive, thus generating a fuller fire; this one of his unique talents. He provides various chamber lining materials, removes the carbon from the walls and logs, and repairs any model gas fireplace.
  
  I found Mr. Olejnik's rates reasonable and affordable; I am a senior citizen. He gives free estimates.
  
  Please be advised that his company is fully registered and insured in the Shenango Valley, Pennsylvania, Mahoning Valley, Ohio, and surrounding areas. Because of the CORVID-19 biblical plague, the owner is concerned for his workers, himself, and others.
  
  A fireplace owner—gas or wood--will not find any other company that provides a more remarkable variety of services and supplies.
  
  So, if you want fire safety, if you want your logs aesthetically arranged, and if you want the chamber walls and its logs cleaned, call Mr. Olejnik's Woodburners Chimney Sweep, where services are beyond and above the norm. Or perhaps, you want a fireplace installation. Mr. Olejnik and his crew are the ones for the job, too.

  Scam artists extraordinaire. Had 8 courses of chimney rebuilt in 2012. Used customer supplied brick. Asked to be present when work was done, they went ahead and performed the job when I wasn't there. The chimney was crooked when I got home. I pointed it out to Eric and got "it happens". When they installed the liner to my chimney they shredded the tiles on the hearth, not even an apology for it. Fast forward six and a half years, and I'm having the chimney rebuilt because the 8 courses that Woodburners did is falling apart. Like being able to pull bricks out like Jenga blocks. Find out that they removed the flue in the area they worked on, and left broken flue below the "repair" they did. The chimney crown was almost flat allowing water to pool. They shoved foreign rubble in the chimney; and to cap it off, woodburners cost almost as much to "rebuild" 8 courses as others charge to rebuild about 20 (even including supplying the bricks).
  Run as far away from this company as possible, tell all your friends and neighbors, I am.

  Very unprofessional!!!! I scheduled my appointment and was told I would get a confirmation call the day before, that didn't happen. The Saturday they were supposed to arrive I didn't realize I had missed the call. I called his mobile phone back as he instructed in the voicemail about 20 minutes after the missed call and he ignored it. I even attempted to still use their service by leaving a text message hours later letting him know we waited all day and would still like the service so respond and let me know when they could do it. I waited 3 days and still no response. Very disappointed!!!
