Buyer beware!! Mr Robert not only was very unprofessional when I asked for corrections to be made but he threatened me and became very aggressive. I paid too much money and got horrible quality results looks like clumps of glue!! Bad and unprofessional atttitude I cannot recommend this place, bE WARNED!!

On 26 July we hired Robert Valentín ,Floor Grip Medic LLC to do our garage floors. The process seems similar to apoxy flooring. It’s called perms-flex. We were told not to park our cars in the garage for about a week so we decided to put nothing in there just to make sure we didn’t damage the garage. As the floors were drying, we noticed blemishes on them and splashes of the perma-flex all over our just freshly painted baseboards. We contacted Robert about the issue, he claimed the flecks would just wipe off after they dried but they didn’t (IMO he should have left a clean site).My husband has called Robert several times , the first time he said he would come by and assess the situation but never did. Now he is not answering our calls.. Looking at the baseboards, the only way it seems to fix the issue is to strip them and repaint them all over again. Me and my husband both have bad backs so we will have to hire someone again to come fix the mess Robert Valentin , Floor Grip Medic LLC refuses to come back and fix. On top of this major issue we had to tell one of his workers to stop smoking in our garage especially while pouring chemicals on the floor (I’m sure that’s a safety hazard). So unprofessional. I would NOT recommend them. I added photos but note throughout the entire three car garage, our baseboards have splashed like this. So upsetting:(.

Highly recommend Floor Grip Medic! Robert and his team were super professional and thorough. They sealed the floor tile/grout in 3 bathrooms, our pantry, mudroom, and 3 showers. They were really tidy and I appreciated that they covered the floor where their equipment ran since we just moved in a new house. I will definitely hire them again when we’re ready for our floors to be cleaned. So glad I found this company to clean and protect our brand new floors! Thanks guys!!

Extremely happy with my floors. Over 400 sqf of tile, upstairs and downstairs cleaned and sealed. Robert was very professional, detail oriented and a man of his word. My floors were heavily stained and his product did the job. Truly recommend!!
