Kevin was amazing. He showed up onsite before I did to service our commercial AC that keeps our radio station cool. With thousands of watts of transmitting power you can imagine how hot it gets in there without AC and that will damage some VERY expensive equipment. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue within minutes. All said and done we were done with in 1 easy call to Woodall's Total Comfort Systems to cooling. Now its not reasonable to think all calls will go this easily for them but this time it did and for us it goes without saying we will call them next time and for years to come.

Ms. Tammy with Woodall's made a poor situation into a great experience, my ac had gone out and I called to get it worked on they were the same day and had to break the news that my 20+ year old unit was done, they then provided me with a quote which was very detailed and extremely reasonable, I went with them, and they scheduled me for an install! Tammy answered any and all questions I had throughout the whole experience. They were prompt and helpful all the way to the install, I would highly recommend them to anyone for any a/c needs!

We were not sure of the problem and thought it was a thermostat. He came out and checked out our system making sure that he found the correct problem and it was the thermostat. I appreciated the fact he didn’t just take my word. He was professional and polite. Thanks for such a great job. We will use you and recommend you to friends and family.

3 man crew came to my house to replace my ancient ac and heat. Approximately 2 hours after arriving, it started raining and continued the entire day. Duct work under my home had to be tied into the new system and a return air box was constructed in the closet where the heater coils had been. This crew worked in some of the worst conditions possible but continued until the job was finished. I highly recommend Woodall's Total Comfort Systems.
