Super high mark up in all merchandise and staff is extremely pushy with sales with out having a lot of knowledge about the heady glass community. Just a FYI the grinders they have for 59$ you can get on amazon for 16$ Shipping included.

About a year or two behind on every tech release. Never have what I'm looking for, but they are always sure to try to sell me something that I could "rig" up.
Cheap glass, no name China stuff they try to sell as "Cali blown glass man."
Local shop for me and my friends last 10 years, we've moved to completely online purchases. Much happier. Better Quality most of all.

I've been going here for years for all my adult needs front room and and back ;p
Staff is super helpful, love every purchase I've made, I've never had a complaint a single visit. I made the mistake of going to Sharonville ONCE, won't do that again. Will definitely continue to shop at the Boutique and nowhere else.

Store has great things to offer, but the staff is constantly up your ass trying to take everything you want up to the counter instead of just normally shopping around. They forgot multiple things when we checked out and im not sure if they get robbed a lot or what but they need to chill out. Made it a very uncomfortable experience. Probably won't come back.

I can honestly say that i have been here a few times, and it is a great experience due to the crazy selection that they have available. To be fair the staff is great, and super nice to anyone and everyone. Its a shame though that the only reason i would go back is in case of an emergency. The prices here are just so through the roof, and so outrageous that its more of a hassle then anything. There are pieces here that you can go elsewhere and save a tremendous amount of money. There are products that are the same exact way. To be fair i do have to say that it is an amazing experience though. I can say the first time i ever stepped foot into the shop i simply was mesmerized, due to the selection and amazing peices they do have. Its a lot to take in. So yes if you have never been please go to see, but if you do want to lose your arm or leg trying to get a piece there are better places to go to get them.
