Horrible, it took my order a hour to get here and it was the wrong order. Then it took almost two hours to bring my order back and still did not get everything,.Tried calling and no one every answered the phone. I will never order from here again.

This has to be the worst Kung Pao Chicken and Ma Po Tofu I have ever had from a takeout place. I'm Chinese but I don't hold takeout places to a very high standard. It doesn't have to be authentic, just flavorful is all I ask. But these two dishes taste so bland, and cooked wrong in every aspect! Ma Po Tofu had zero flavor, it's like the chef forgot to put even salt in it, let alone the spicy flavors. PANDA EXPRESS is 100 times more flavorful than this place, and the cooks there aren't even Chinese. I wonder who is in the kitchen of this Wok Express place.

Food was mediocre, lacked flavor, was greasy. Waited an hour for delivery and driver wouldn't even come to the door. Overpriced.

Always very friendly. They have a huge menu selection and the quality is pretty good. The dinner portions are absolutely HUGE! I often get the General Tso's chicken with light vegetables and it could easily feed 2 to 3 people alone. Seriously big portions. We are regular customers here. Dining area only has maybe 6 tables so definitely a take out/delivery place.

Not a good experience. My food took almost 2 hours to get here. The were out of the soup I wanted and I had to get a substitution. Then, when I finally received my food, I asked for a grilled entree, it was fried, the soup had no crunchy noodles, And half of it was barely warm. Big fail today. I will be ordering elsewhere next time.

I have ordered delivery from this restaurant many times and have regretted it every single time. The delivery is always extremely late and the order is almost never correct. My most recent order was lettuce wraps, sesame chicken dinner combo, and a large wonton soup. I received the lettuce wraps, kung pao chicken instead of sesame chicken, and no soup! The soup was the only order for one person in my group, so it was a huge disappointment to have their entire dinner not delivered. I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke to was totally incompetent and could not even find my order. She was extremely confused about what the problem was and I kept having to explain over and over what items we ordered vs received. Never ordering from this place again!

I counted this place out a lot of times being that I am not a big fan of Asian food. To my surprise this place has an exceptional vegetarian menu If the rest of their food is as good as the general Tso Tofu and rice, I would highly recommend.

I am writing this review about an event that happened months ago. I ordered online from this place a few times. One time I ordered inside the restaurant. After placing my order and paying, I asked for a cup of water, they were very hostile and refused to give water even though I was a customer. Chinese take outs are dimes a dozens. This place needs to work on their guest relations. Even though I live walking distance from this place, I rather spend my money at other Chinese takeout outside of Downtown. Being cheap denying tap water ended up costing you more.
