Don't call n try to talk to them about container problem they canceled out my order then I couldn't get in touch with a real human to ask why

Much better than the other 2 companies in the area! More reliable and dependable. Only recent complaint is they use to pick up trash that you had on side of garbage. We would always have it bagged or in a box. Now they are just leaving it. I don’t understand you’re a trash company. Why can’t you pick up all the trash? Other than that very pleased with all of your services. Please go back to picking up side garbage if it is neatly packaged! It’s not a weekly occurrence. Just every now and then we have extra from trimming bushes and such. Thanks!

WM used to be the best. Recently, they are the worst. They used to pick ALL the trash up, even if you have an extra bag or 2. When I do, I always leave them nice and clean, organized and stacked, and right next to the bin. Now, they don’t touch any extra bags. Apparently we have a trash limit. Even though I pay them for their service. They miss pick up days. They leave my bin tipped over in my yard. They leave trash trails behind their trucks. Etc etc. I will definitely be switching!!!!! Move on to avoid the headache.

Missed my pick up 2 out of the last 3 weeks.
Nearly impossible to talk to anyone to complain. When I did finally get through I was told "the driver marked them as picked up" I have two cans and that is a LIE! Will anyone be held responsible? Only me, because this is rental property and the tenants complain TO ME!
WM at one point was reliable. Now it is run by OZ, hiding behind technology and nobody cares.response / report this review -

This company is the world's worst, someone put one of their green bins in my driveway that isn't mine. But I can't get them by phone, every number u call is their virtual assistant, I DON'T TALK TO COMPUTERS. That is several reasons why we canceled our service and hired another company years ago.
