WM does a great job picking up our trash you can always count on them to be there for you...
Here in Central WI, they are on time, professional, and courteous. The drivers are excellent! They never leave a mess and the bins are always upright, where we left them.
The custom service needs a whole restructuring. I was disappointed in them, however, I only deal with them on rare occasions.
I know crackheads more honest than these people... At least when you catch the crach head ripping you off you can talk with them... Customer service is a joke if not existent at all... Went to talk to an office to cancle service no location to do so... Want to quit? Gotta pay them 6 months of service for "liquidation damages"... This is one of the worst companies, I have ever tried to talk to... Everything is so hard to do with them. I'd rather try to teach a monkey to answer the phone. At least my call would get picked up within an hour. And although we are getting billed apparently no one can find out account.
My only suggestion is concerning the recycling pick up schedule. We find that during the week of Christmas we end up with an extra amount of recycling which causes us to be in need of an extra pick up. I wish we could have the option to request just one extra pick up for the holiday (without an extra fee). This option would keep our accumulation balanced with your regular pick up schedule for the rest of the year, and would be an appealing representation for your company's image during the holiday season.
Damned worst pick-up company I've ever used. Constantly missing pickups. Never taking responsibility for their own screw-ups. Just acting like a utility. Same stock phrase every time, "The truck will be there NEXT WEEK. I promise." Use someone local if you can. Local trucks can swing by and pick up whatever they may have missed. (Which happens). Waste Management Incorporated can't seem to find a reason to care.
