Add ridiculous fees on your bill. When you call they act as if they have no clue about it. Still waiting on a call back from last month.

Had literally a carload of garbage from moving, and it took literally two minutes to get in, get rid of it, and get out. The guy in the office was super nice and helpful, and the whole place looked neat and well-maintained.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THE CONTRACT. THEIR DRIVERS ARE RUDE AND SKIP PICKING UP YOUR GARBAGE ON A REGULAR BASIS. WHEN YOU PROTEST PAYING FOR SOMETHING YOU'RE NOT GETTING THEY THEN ADD PENALTIES AND FEES TO YOUR BILL. KIND OF LIKE DEALING WITH THE IRS.

Went to dump an old washer and dryer. It's down several small, beat up roads with no signs until you get to the the land fill itself. Friendly staff who offered to help me unload. $11 for my load.
