Everything about the trash pickup is fine; the truck arrives on time and handles the can very well. I just wish they also picked up recycling. That would make the service 5-star for me.

Missed a pickup, takes forever to get through on the phone, when I did, they said they would pickup next day. On the 3rd day, no pickup. Called, waited 45 minutes, they finally sent someone. They USED to be great, I don't know what happened to this company

The service is good, but the overload charges are triple what I'm supposed to pay per month, which is incredibly penalizing and not sustainable for a small business. I've had two months where I've paid $600 to $700, about $1300 for two months of trash removal? Really? How much more is it for a few extra bags of trash, and it was other people not affiliated with my business that were overflowing the dumpster. The company was not compassionate to my plight, which was disappointing. We have since ordered a lock to prevent others from using the dumpster, and they charged us about $200 for that. Incredibly greedy company.
It would help if you would refund some of the money you took from me for the overages.

The actual garage personal are awesome!! I have never had an issue with drivers or pickup employees, ever always so nice!
However if you have to call customer service support beware!! They are rude, unprofessional and act like your business and call is creating them a problem. Wouldn’t use if have a choice!

Upon ordering the regular weekly Home Trash & Recycling Pickup service we paid three months in advance, as required. The trash bin was delivered almost a month later, as per their scheduled delivery date. One would think that a trash bin would be delivered within a reasonable time frame before the next scheduled pick up date.

The name of this particular service is deceiving. We were informed they do not provide different bins for trash and recycling, despite the fact that this is clearly specified on their website. We were instructed that everything goes in the same bag. Also, if we wanted to recycle we would be responsible for transporting the recyclables to the disposal site ourselves. Ironically this is the same place the trash is taken to.

The first week our trash was picked up half of the trash was left in the bin.Today is the second week and the trash was not picked up at all; despite receiving a notification from WM stating that Memorial Day holiday would not effect our pick up.

If we are going to have to haul our trash to the disposal site ourselves we will be canceling our service and asking for a refund. At the price of $49.00 a month, billed quarterly, this service should be much better.

*A cart removal fee of $75 per cart plus applicable taxes and charges including Fuel and Environmental and Regulatory Cost Recovery charge will be assessed upon termination of services.
