Not the nearest store. They seem to have a variety of RV necessities but just not organized. Friendly enough & helpful. Would take my RV there for service. As of my visit the rate was $100 per hour, best rate in the area. The staff seemed very knowledgeable

Bought a new Jayco Jayflight from Wise last summer. The crew and especially Justin worked with us to make sure our Dodge minivan would be able to tow it. They were very upfront about everything. We had been looking around and kept coming back to Wise. Justin had the paperwork for a new pop-up just about finished when, on our third trip to decide on it, we change our minds for a Jayflight. He didn't bat an eye, just rolled with it. They even took our old beat-up pop-up and sold it for us (it was ready for the trash heap). We've been back for maintenance and warranty work and supplies/accessories and still get the best treatment. The only complaint is they are soooo busy, probably because they are great to deal with!

I purchased a 2010 Jayco Greyhawk from Wise Trailer Sales in Nov. 2014. The Wise dealer was the best of the 6 dealers I visited in PA, NJ, and NY. Justin Wise worked with me for 4 hours, we examined the RV inside and out, and he answered all question since this was my first Class C. Since I was out of state, he assisted me in returning my rental car and obtaining temporary plates for the RV. I encourage other buyers to consider Wise since I received great service and bought a used RV in great shape and at a reasonable price. The five stars is well earned.

Traded in our Coachman class C on a new Jayco travel trailer in 2010. What an upgrade!!! The Jayco is solid, beautiful, and works like a dream. The team at Wise was fair with the trade, very helpful, never pushy, and just plain nice. The service is also great! I would not hesitate to purchase another RV from Wise.

Over the past 10 yrs we have bought 2 campers from Wise Trailer sales. We were not 'bothered' by a pushy sales team, simply greeted and offered assistance when needed. Once we were ready they worked with us to get us financing that fit our needs. Both were used campers and so the first one was missing a few things they were ordered for us and we picked them up not long after, the second had damage to the awning I simply was asking if it was patched to be leak proof and just like that they ordered a new awning that I returned in a week or two and had it installed. Which brings me to the service dept top notch guys out there. If you have questions about anything they are willing and able to answer them for you without making you feel a fool. All their work is done quick and complete and delivered with a smile. I don't think I can think of anything negative to say about any of the crew at Wise! PS came across this while looking for info on another camper! ;-) Our life keeps changing and so our campers change with our needs but one thing that doesn't change is where we will shop for our RV needs!
