I loved this park.It was like being in a dream, the docile deer come up to you to be petted. You must by food for them.I did ex please experience a little deer fight but that was in a Seperate section in the gates. But it was interesting to see them in interacting in their natural environment. The pictures I took were breath taking,it was quite an experience and economical.

With all the thrill rides and water parks the Dell's have to offer, this is always my favorite place to go. 🎡🎢 I like the peace and quiet. Decent price. It's fun to feed the deer, they are so friendly and gentle. Unlike the stupid deer in my neighborhood, always trying to run into my car or eat my dog. 🐶🐶🐶 Don't they have better things to do ??? Get a job you deadbeat deer. 😡😡😡

Love this place. It's so awesome to actually get to feed and pet the deer. My grandkids want to go back.

One of the best days of my life, I loved this experience.
My mom paid and I think it was pretty expensive. You could spend quite a bit of time here though, so I'm sure you can get your money's worth.
You also need to buy seeds but me, my brother, and my mom split one cup and it worked out fine for us, so that isn't really an issue.
I'm a vegan so I'm obviously a huge animal rights activist and seeing deer tagged made me really sad. However, a lot of the deer weren't so I assume the deer that were either came tagged or they used to tag them but don't anymore.
Overall, I 10/10 recommend this to anyone and everyone.

This place is so awesome. I love that you can feed the animals and deer. They have a few different kinds of animals other than just deer which I thought was cool. The deer walk right up to you so it's sweet that you get to be up close and person with the deer and get to pet them and take cool pictures with the deer. It is a little expensive to get in there and cost a lot to buy food to feed the deer and other animals but overall it was a great experience for my kids. :)

Loved feeding the deer. All the kids had a great time. From the 17 year old all the way down the other 4 kids to the 3 year old! Loved it. Had to buy a second round of food for everyone!

A bit pricey but worth it. The deer are very friendly and come right up too you. Most importantly all animals appear to be in great health and well cared for. There is a large amount of deer and once they figure out you have food ( make sure you buy food) they become fast friends.

We were lucky to go on a nice warm fall day. You buy your tickets inside the gift shop and a few cups of food to take with you. Depending on the age of your kids you may need to get an extra couple of Cups and ration them out for them. Otherwise carry a lot of quarters with you because you can load them up along the way. Sometimes they have booths with staff on hand to sell additional cups. We were able to pet numerous deer although somewhere a little bit more aggressive but not in a dangerous way. They were just looking for food and would take them out of your hand if your little ones were holding them close to the deer. it's a really fun time to interact with animals with your whole family. We've gone several times and have always had fun.

When you first enter you will see goats fenced in, do not go there first or you will end up feeding the goats most of your food. Keep your eye on the big fence ahead, enter and walk around a nice trail feeding free roaming deer. It's so much fun, plus other unique wildlife to see along the deer trail.

Great experience. Was fun and a good way to spend an hour. Lots of different deer and other animals. The feed was not too expensive ( 2 dollars for a generous portion).

When you walk in, they take your photo. When you walk out they have printed the photos and show you. They are good photos, but a bit expensive. For 5 photos and 2 magnets it is 24 dollars. I would have bought them if they were a bit cheaper (~15)

An amazing experience for the kids that I didn't even know existed. Definitely an older attraction, but well kept up and with a pretty amazing mixture of animals to see, pet, and feed. There were a lot of people there on a Sat. morning, but it never felt overly crowded - probably because the park is deceptively large. As soon as I saw everyone buying (overpriced) food, I assumed that we'd see nothing but a lot of fat, disinterested animals, but I couldn't have been more wrong. As advertised, the deer would happily come right up to you and eat gently out of your hands. They had no issues with being petted while being fed, and were extremely comfortable around people. If your kids even remotely like animals, give this a shot. It's expensive, but well worth it. Will definitely return!

The staff was super friendly, there was a great variety of animals, and the park surprisingly didn't smell too bad, unlike others I have gone to. I liked how the deer had the choice to walk to where the humans were or to stay in the "refugee" area where humans weren't allowed to enter. Though you still got to pet and feed the deer in a pretty spacious environment. The food seemed a little pricey for the portion offered, but it was definitely worth it. It seems like the deer enjoy the corn better than the small, brown, cylindrical food, and they never attack. Overall a fun, family friendly experience I would recommend to any Wisconsin tourist or local.

This is a fantastic place to take small children or anyone who loves animals. Yes, it's a bit expensive for a petting zoo. But, it is more than a petting zoo. The deer roam in the open. They come up to you skittish and friendly so long as you stay calm and quiet. Take you time. Enjoy yourself. And don't over buy the food. They weren't that hungry while we were there and you can buy more on the path.
