They were able to arrive a short time after I called. The technician, Isaac, was pleasant and quickly solved the problem (lockout into garage). He then advised me as to what to look for in order to avoid the same problem again. I will use them again when the new assembly arrives.

I am more than impressed with the service! My door lock broke this morning such than I wasn’t able to open the back door. The technician called me and had me share pictures of the lock while I was on the phone. Then he was at my house with the right part within 30 mins. Not only did he fix the lock but he also addressed the root cause of the problem which was improper alignment. I’ve had an issue with this door for two years and no pro was able to fix until now. Pricing was reasonable as well. This is one phone number I am definitely saving in my address book. Thank you!

I was having a hard time replacing a lock on my sliding door and called to see if they would be able to rekey the lock. I scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out the next day and he fixed it with no issues. I'm actually able to lock and unlock it much easier since the switch.

I also wanted to add a deadbolt to a different door. The door never had a deadbolt lock, so a hole had to be drilled into it, etc. He completed that and rekeyed the new deadbolt lock so that it would match the new sliding door lock. Great service! I would definitely call again if I need anything.
