They did nothing for me. Wouldn' talk to me, or even look at me. Could not even ask a simple question.
The reason they were that way is because.they were closed.

This company and their customer service is by far the WORST customer service we have dealt with in a while. We had an appointment for last Friday and no one showed up. I called at the end of the time frame to see if they were still going to be coming. When I called, they said they had no record of our name or appointment. I rescheduled for the following week (Friday appointment again). We were told they would be arriving in the morning and when we called midday to see where they were, we were told "they were still coming." I tried calling again in the afternoon because they had still had not showed up. They screened my call and would not accept my call. I cannot believe they actually screened my call and would not accept it. DO NOT use this locksmith. I am in awe that a company would actually do this to a paying customer. Walk away and find another locksmith-they do not even deserve a star.

Hi i used this service and they were very unprofessional. First they had us waiting because they said one of there trucks broke down on the way to change our lock. They opened the door for us , they left told us they would come back and put a new lock on the door, its been three days and they never came back and they wont return our calls either they ignore all numbers that you call from.

they do not deserve a star. Had an appointment and never showed. I called and said "sorry" but no reason. This is NOT acceptable , My time is as valuable as theirs or maybe they do not care. If you can't make an appointment they schedule, how can they do a competent job. a total disgrace.
