Great atmosphere and the lust of craft beers will take you a few visits to try them all. Great food, try the fried haddock. Oh and say Hi to Pickles their pet iguana.

Fast and great service! Nice bartenders Cool, and fun environment. Great outdoor deck.. fire pit and TV's.. ALL American lemonade my favorite. Vodka and lemonade!

Pretty decent experience. We were told there was a 20 min wait and within 5 min we we're seated which was great. Our server was also amazing and super friendly. Definitely a different feel than other winking lizard but I would definitely return.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we finished our dinner, service was great but when we were having long conversations that made us stay super late into the night, our server left and never notified us saying that he was done for the night. We understand that people need to get home and get ready for the next day but to have left and never saying anything to anyone, a star has to be docked for that. Another server ended taking our new order of drinks which she was pretty good.
We will be going back again as we did enjoy the place over all, just a minor inconvenience for tonight.response / report this review -

Lots of good beer choices. There was a huge line waiting to get in but they have 2 bars so I was able to find a spot at one. Had a good burger. Helpful and friendly bar tenders. It was raining so the patio was closed.

Not a bad place. Can get very busy during the early evening time. Food is good for bar food but the ribs leave something to be desired.

Ordered lunch for a large group (30+) and had a great experience.
I spoke with Shanna over the phone; she was extremely pleasant and thorough in taking my order. The food was ready sooner than expected and each individual order was labeled with the items inside as well as the name of the person the item belonged to.
Upon unpacking and distributing the meals back at the office, I found that each order was perfect, including meat temps, special requests and extra sauce. They didn't miss ANYTHING!
I was so impressed that I decided I was going to write a positive review on Google (which I never bother to do) and, as I sat down to type, my phone rang. It was Craig, the manager from the Winking Lizard, just checking in to make sure we were happy with our large order!
This was not my first experience at the Lizard but this place is seriously the best: The Winking Lizard itself is practically a Cleveland institution and the Rockside Road location, in my opinion, is the best one even with the absence of a "Lizardville".
Would definitely order out for a huge crowd again, and will definitely keep coming back for the excellent customer service and the amazing patio views. (They have TWO patios, y'all!)response / report this review -

My buddies and I go here at the beginning of each month to get the "glass of the month." You buy the, albeit expensive, beer, and it comes in a cool glass cup that you get to keep. The food is of standard quality for bar food. The selection of foods and drinks is extensive. There are plenty of televisions playing sports. This place is quite popular, and you should expect a wait. The patio is great during the summer. Let me recommend the boneless chicken wings. Spicy barbeque, of course.

They had Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale on tap as a house beer, and that alone is worthy of multiple stars. The wait staff was super busy but still nice enough to deal with me. All I had for food was the wings and they were average, but not stellar. Still, if I'm back in town, I'll be coming back as it's a pretty decent spot for a brew and conversation.

Nice views of Downtown Cleveland, fun place to be during a sporting event with friends. Drink prices are pricey. Usually crowded.

Winking Lizard is the hometown place that built a reputation based upon great food. Well earned. They suffer sometimes from their own success, and can get extremely busy even though some of the locations are enormous. But we'll worth the wait and you can always get a drink while waiting. One of my perennial favorites.

Great atmosphere for solo or group dining! I travel for business and always appreciate an environment that is comforting for solo dining. Group dining appeared to also have a great fitting for when more than yourself. Hosting staff and wait staff both were very warm and pleasant. A definite 5-Star recommendation for atmosphere, service, and food.

Up on the hill, nice view in spring summer and Fall, out door patio and good for sporting TV events. Steak cooked very well and burgers and wraps are also good. Pizza is nice. Popcorn to munch on.
