  Great selection and prices! Staff was great- I took my mom there as her last vacation with her terminal cancer. My mom was wanting a very cool shark towel but considered it to be too extravagant. The staff was so nice to her and when they overheard her wanting it- sold it to her at a deeply discounted price! She smiled for days.

  Got a bargain on beach chairs. If you get a T-shirt, get a size larger than you think you need. Ink on our souvenir coffee mugs ran, so avoid them.

  We are from ohio and come down here at least once a year to go to beach and see friends!!! And this a must stop! I love the selection, something for everyone and they have hermit crab food and accessories for half the price i normally pay.

  Some of the staff here is atrocious. One of them insisted I was breaking a pet law, which I have already researched several times prior and in depth and know for a fact I wasn't, then proceeded to threaten me, follow me out to my car, cause a scene in front of people in the parking lot, then after all that, wouldn't get out from in front of my car all because she couldn't accept that she wasn't right. This didn't stop until a coworker of hers told her she needed to go inside and leave me alone. Then she had the audacity to comply with her coworker by going in but continue to trash talk me to said coworker in front of my girlfriend. There's a huge difference between "I think this might be a problem so let me check" and "I know based on nothing that this is a problem and am going to take matters into my own hands." I come to Emerald Isle every year and often wanted to stop in here, but I will know now to take my business elsewhere next trip. This is beyond ridiculous and all this store has is a generic selection of touristy beach items anyway.

  We vacation in the area every year. And every year we stop here with the kids. They like to pick up some toys for the beach and bring back souvenirs for the family.
