Very poor and incompetent customer service. Originally reached out regarding Physical Therapy plans and submitted all the documentation including Insurance+ Requisition Order and was told verification would take a couple of business days. A week later I reach out due to no updates or concern from the staff and they decide to inform me that they are taking no patients but there is a waitlist. This shows an extreme lack of commitment and customer service when it takes you a week to tell your customers that you are not treating ankle injuries. In addition to this, the phone number on their website is wrong and redirects you to the wrong office.

Dr. Fernandez and his team have treated me twice.
Once non-surgically and my shoulder, that would dislocate often - including in my sleep - has fully healed and no longer gives me any pain or issues.
A second time through arthroscopic surgery on my meniscus, which is healing extremely well.

Dr. Fernandez is personable, competent, and caring. His PAs were great as well. He has a wonderful office staff. They always endured that my needs were met between prescriptions, paperwork, and scheduling. I highly recommend Miami Sports Medicine for your orthopedic needs.

Great location, excellent staff and timely execution. Obviously, this group is a "patient centered" operation, Yesterday was my first visit, I was recommended by a friend and was glad I was. Dr. Fernandez was plain spoken and easy to understand; staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend this group.

Dr Ash diagnosed the same that Urgent Care and prescribed me Phisycal Therapy., I started it hope it works.
But office people don't return phone calls, I need to refill medicine, but not ease to contact the people in charge.

bad service, don't return phone calls, didn't follow up for mri needed, didn't order PT but still tried to get MRI from insurance company. didn't give corticosteroid shot, just a waste of time. Totally unprofessional. I had to go see another doctor, who immediately gave me a shot in the shoulder and ordered PT.
