Good service, cookies and fresh fruit available all day, free coffee. The hotel needed updating, bathtubs were not the cleanest.

Caveat: I did not use my reservation at this hotel. I called the day before to arrange an airport shuttle, a listed amenity that was essential to my stay. I was told that this is only available when the required staffing is available and I was not able to use my reservation.

Well let me start off by say this was my first time staying at a hotel by myself and 5 hours away from home. I was greeted by a friendly staff got to check in way before my check in time since they happened to have a room clean. Room was clean and comfortable. They were under construction so the spa wasn't open but totally worth every penny. Will be staying here everytime I come to Latrobe

This was a very disappointing hotel. Returned from the day, beds were not made, room was not cleaned, only trash had been removed. The second day I pulled sheets off the bed and the bed was remade with the SAME SHEETS. When the front desk was notified they said you had to tell them to change the sheets or they would return same sheets. Hotel felt dirty.

Very convenient to the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport. Great staff, even picked us up at the airport although shuttle hours had ended. 24 hour coffee pot and cookies. They also have a great complimentary breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. Hotel is converting to a Hampton Inn.

Really enjoyed my stay. They are in the process of renovations as of now so the hot tub was closed. Nice complimentary breakfast!

This place was nice. The bed was a little worn in the middle and the AC didnt blow ice cold in our room. But the service was great and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Great hotel!

Had to stay over night due to a late flight. Staff was friendly and helpful as I'm not from around here. Room was very clean and nice. would stay again!

Great staff. Clean room. The breakfast was amazing. First time staying at this hotel and we will be back for sure. Good location too - plenty of dining option close by.
