  We stopped at this butcher shop in September and bought some garlic knotwurst. This was some of the best knotwurst I have ever eaten, including Germany. Wow! Whenever I return to Holmes County Ohio, I will be stopping by to buy some meats. 😀

  They have the best pork-loin key west was the best but they don't have it
  right now so we get the pepper it's great

  One of the few and great local meat shops to support!
  Very good quality meats and service!
  The smoked pork tenderloin is one of my personal favorites.
  Stop buying junk meat filled with who knows what at Walmart!
  Support a dying business and skill!
