  Best butcher shop I've been in. They can get skirt steak! The boneless smoked ham is the best we've had. Bacon is really good. The beef hot dogs are better than anything at the "big stores". We like the fresh bulk sausage cuz we season the way we like it.

  One of the best places in the Amish area to get meats! They have a great variety, including lamb. They have their own jerky and beef sticks, and sausages. We have gotten standing rib roast here that is amazing and as good as you can get.

  We are from TN and visit the area several times a year. We always bring a couple large coolers and stock up at SVM. Best butcher shop we have found. The meat just seems to taste better and more fresh. We have not purchased meat from a supearket in years. Love this place!

  The wife brought home bacon she had the associate pick out from a SVM at a local market in Zanesville. The bacon tasted good however it was 95% fat I cooked off 3/4 of a cup of grease from 5 slices.

  What a great local business for a Swiss butchery! I love meat! We go there all the time! We are pretty local to here. We live 22 mins away from here.
