Have used them several times. Always very polite and pleasant. They do a great job.
The only change or improvement that I can think of is being able to give a more specific time frame (ie: before 12 noon, after 12 noon, etc). It would be easier to plan your day for other activities.

I had my driveway and porch pressure washed. They did a great job. This is not the first time I have used them for services. They are always prompt in scheduling, arriving, and provide excellent clean up.

We had our entire home washed, including windows inside/outside, gutters cleaned and our front and back patios. We also had chandeliers in the house cleaned.

The crew did a terrific job. We had a bit of a misunderstanding about the gutter cleaning, but Carson was very patient and courteous in explaining the situation and trying to rectify it. Superb service. Would highly recommend and use them again.

I have used Window Hero for several years to clean my gutters. The company has excellent customer service, they always respond to my concerns and work with me on any issues. For example, I have one spot on the roof that is not available, unless the roof is walked on. I raised this concern, and they sent out a crew that was able to walk on the roof and clean the area (some of their crews only work from ladder). Other companies refused to do that.

After last gutter cleaning, I had them put on gutter guards and that was a good experience as well.

I recommend Window Hero if you need a dependable partner for your gutter and other related cleaning needs.
