This place is clean. Maintenance request are answered and resolved quickly. Always some kind of community event or get together going on. Located in a good area. Definitely worth the money

I just moved in and I love "Windham Court Apartments". I have never stayed at an apartment complex that really cares about their tenants before. I highly recommend moving here. The Manager Elie is the best.

These apartments are a great value. They have a pool, fitness center and still really close to campus. It is also an easy location to get around town. Highly recommend!

I viewed this apartment. Complex. A few days ago and fell. In love. It's. In a great location. The staff is so friendly. All the neighbors. I talked to seemed so loving and happy, The atmosphere here is so positive. I just had to write. A review. If you are looking. For a safe place look no further.

Windham Court is a great family community. They are pet friendly community as well. The playground, Swimming pool and Park are clean and well maintained. I'm glad we moved back. And, a special shout out to Robin.

Awesome place!! very neat and clean. One of the best apartments in Wichita. Get Swimming pool, free WiFi, clubhouse, soccer field, fitness center, playground, 24 hours security and maintenance, HE laundry & more.

I placed a service call on 3/6 to repair my mini blinds. The service technician came within a few hours.I am sorry I dont know who it was because I can't read the signature :). I am pleased with the response time and my blinds look great!

I had a pleasant few years here but my experiences these last few months have been nothing short of abysmal. They had months to prepare my new unit and they did nothing, it was a disaster, they were still slopping paint everywhere (poorly mind you) on the move in date. The rent is outrageous for little to no upkeep since the late 70s. My sliding balcony door is still broken and leaks air nonstop, a problem they shrugged off despite it costing me in energy. The accompanying screen door is also in tatters, they promised a new one but it's been months so I'm not counting on it. They've decided to start charging for utilities, something that's been covered til recently. They've also decided to shoot the pet rent up for no obvious reason. Rent too seems to be on the rise despite the fact that these units are old and they do not keep them up. Furthermore, they had the audacity to send me a nasty letter accusing me of putting up an illegal satellite dish months after I moved in despite it being left from the previous owner. Maybe they would've caught it if they actually worked on prepping the unit properly. It just magnifies their overall incompetence and degree of apathy. The railing into the building is completely rotted and detached, a lovely hazard begging for a lawsuit. The hall light on my floor has been out since shortly after I moved in, a minor annoyance but one they're sure to ignore like they do everything else. The grounds are covered in trash. There is no security, the crime rate seems to be increasing, there have been random people just sleeping in the stair way (which is a lovely thing to discover in the morning) and the halls are frequently rank with the stench of reefer (they do post warning notes but the problem persists). There are affordable storage units on the property which is nice except the basement they're located in seems to constantly leak, every time I utilize it there seems to be a fresh large puddle in the hall, hopefully there's no damage to the units or the stored items within (mine is thankfully far from the leak but others are less fortunate). I really don't know what happened, like I said my previous years here have been average to pleasant. I know they've had some staffing changes, I don't know if that's been the cause of this rapid decline in quality or not but something is clearly out of whack and I owe it to the world to warn them before signing what they're in store for. When I signed the new lease and transferred into this new unit I was expecting some degree of consistency with what I experienced in my previous years here, I was wrong and now deeply regret it. Hopefully there's some drastic improvement soon but I'm not holding my breath.
Update: The utilities that we were promised would not exceed $20 a month have already risen well beyond that after a single month. So you can add malicious deceit to Windham Court's growing list of reasons you should never live here.response / report this review -

I do like living here, its great but there a re a few issues like the standing water when it rains and the fact i was supposed to have an apartment with "updated" appliances and didn't get that my stove doesn't work or my garbage disposal but besides the few kinks that are expected, overall a great place and my house is great and roomy.

I have lived here for a year and a half. I will say that 2 of my neighbors are good neighbors! When I moved in the cabinets had not been cleaned. They had sprayed some product on my counters and shower to make them look newit was not dry so everything I sat on the counters stuck and my shower curtin stuck to the tub and when i yried to pull it back the stuff actually peeled off. Maintenance is a jokethe washers and dryers are constantly down. The lower level in my building #7 floods every time it rains and trying to get into the door dry is impossible due to the waterfall coming out if the downspout. They are supposed to be "updating" well this means they rip out doors in the hall and leave the mess for over 2 weekswith nails sticking out. I am actually moving out tomorrow morning and when I got to the apartment tonite to load some things up they had ripped out the entryway floor and left screws and nails all over the stairsI have a toddler!!This was a setious safty hazardI went to the office to let them know (should be open until 6pm)it was closed! . I called Maintenance and was told they would look into it. This place is not worth it at all! I wish I could post pictures with this review!

So I gave one star cause there wasn't and option for zero. Me and my husband and my 7month old son have lived here for a year and a month. To be honest the first 8 months were fantastic. But right before we resigned our lease, we having multiple problems. First was our dish washer broke it smelled so bad it took then two days to respond to the call, when they finally came out the guy dropped the bucket of smelly water all over the floor, before he left he said he have cleaning crew come out to shampoo our floor where he had split it. That was back in late June, today is September 16 and they still haven't came out. Second was our car has been broken into 5 times , this last one they tried to hot wire our car. Third they say they have security cameras, they DON'T. Fourth we have bed bugs, when I told them about it they said that they would take care of it, not informing us that we would have to pay them back all that they had to pay. When I spoke to them they said it was in our lease that we'd have to take care of the problem, but first of all it's there issue, we didn't have them before moving in we shouldn't pay to get ride of them, second of all they never told us about the fact that we had to pay for them. In fact at the signing of the lease they never mentioned it either. Then when I went into ask them for corporates number they said they couldn't give me that information, but they can stress the issue that we need to talk with them. I think that'll happen like my floor getting cleaned. Prices are great, not very well organized though. Oh and almost for got our air conditioning broke and it took them 3 days to fix it when I went in to have them pay my bill they refused the offer. Mind you we pay 80-100$ a month never over, and this time it was 120$, they said it was cause of the humidity. I hate the fact that we have to be here for another 11 months. But we will not recommended any one living her. Word of advice just cause it's cheep doesn't mean your getting your money's worth!

The view from my apartment is nice, and is located near the pool, which is great and we use it all the time! The walls are insulated well, so I do not hear any street noise at night on the inner side of the property, as well as limited noise from neighbors. The apartments are very nicely designed. The office and maintenance staff are all very friendly and quick to respond to questions.

I think it's hilarious how many times staff have responded to how it handled the problems listed. As you read the reviews don't overlook the fact that there are so many complaints. To be honest, I'm sure they did fix the problems after they were reported. It's just sad that the renters had to go to such lengths to get the attention of management. I also think it's hilarious there are so many complaints of Windows and doors. Those are certainly accurate. I know when we moved in we were promised French doors and windows. Seems to be a popular selling point. We didn't get them for at least 6 months though. I used to live at cross creek apartments. They replaced every window in that complex in 2 weeks. They were able to do this because they hired it out and had professionals do it. The fact that they have their own staff do it is ridiculous. I was there almost 2 years and have been out 6 months. To hear people still complaining about doors and windows is disgusting. And yes, I moved out because they wanted to raise my rent 200 dollars. They said that was the going rate lol. I didn't move there because you sold me on the charm of your apartments. I moved there because it was cheap. When you raised your rates to be more in line with your competition then you screwed up. You cannot compete with other apartment complexes. Your competitive advantage was that you were cheap. And quit telling people you have security. Other complexes have security patrol with cars and sirens. You have a head maintenance man/security. But he's really not much for either. He is really good at making sure nobody parks in his spot. I guarantee if he had to choose between fixing a leak and calling a tow company, he would call the tow company. Good riddance.
