Wow it's really a shame you have to have employees do reviews to get above 3 that's pretty pitiful LOL. Maybe you should try making a quality product to start with.

Remember when made in America meant something? Not at this place. Purchaced new Monaco class A in 2010. This motor home is always garaged when not in use. In the 6 years we have owned it it only has 11,000 miles. After 3 years the 2 front seats and couch started to peel and this fine company told us that it was out of the 2 year warranty and basically to pound bricks.I would avoid anything this company makes or sells. The products are substandard and the customer service is the worst I have ever delt with. So now I have to have these replaced or reupholstered at a cost of around $1500.

I have worked for Williamsburg Furniture for over two years. I have nothing but great things to say about our products, people, and our processes. I would highly recommend contacting Williamsburg for all of your RV furniture needs. If you are experiencing an issue with your furniture they will do their best to rectify the issue quickly and to your satisfaction. I also would recommend working for Williamsburg as they treat their employees fairly, and go the extra mile to accommodate them. Its a great company with great products, values and goals.

I have been at Williamsburg for 6 years now. They have treated me very well. I worked in quality control for a while and we make our furniture out of the fabric that our customers want. When our owner and sales people find out there is a flaw with the fabric then I have seen them go out of their way to rectify these issues. There are times that the vinyl our customer ordered had peeled and I have sat in meetings where it is stressed that are Customers are very important to us.. and as a side note. I love working for williamsburg.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a great variety of furniture to chose from. They will do their very best to go above and beyond to help!! It's like you are a part of their family!!

Purchased a very nice Coach from Forest River. One of the cushions was damaged because of a friends dog. Reached out to the owner of this company. received a call within a couple of hours. explained my situation and they couldn't do enough to help me with my problem. My coach now looks just as good as the day I purchased it. Thanks again Williamsburg Furniture.

I purchased a Forest River Lexington GTS with this companies couch [jack knife] and would not recommend them at all. In fact most recover places I have spoke to knows them and there poor quality and they say companies like this keep them in business.
I have decided to just pull the couch out and replace it with a recliner couch from a good furniture company in a cloth material. Thank goodness we only have the couch from them and I feel sorry for the people who have more of there poor product in the high dollar motor homes.
There poor quality is known with a lot of suppliers and there lack of customer service to correct the problem will cost them in the end.
