William's is an excellent and gifted director. I couldnt have asked for a better person. He is very compassionate, kind, understanding, patient. It was a comfort to know that he was handling my moms body. He really works hard in accommodating everyone. I hope that he will stay in operation 100 more years; so that others will recieve the love and care that he gave to my family.
