Poor service and worse customer support - placed an order for Valentine's Day and not only was it not delivered, I was never contacted about the non-delivery. To make matters, when the flowers were delivered the following day (after I had called a few times), the flowers that arrived were not what I had ordered and going through the website, what was delivered appeared to be flowers that were approx $80 cheaper than what I had paid for. Over the span of a few months, when I emailed to talk about the service provided, Customer Service simply did not respond to any of my emails

Terrible florist. Don’t spend your money here. Ordered flowers ahead of Mother’s Day to be sent to the office and they delivered it at 4pm on Friday. What’s the point of paying extra for next day delivery and the office is in the neighborhood?! Spend your money elsewhere people.

Like some of the other comments that can be seen here (now in retrospect for me), we ordered a beautiful arrangement for a high price and received a very small plant in a cheap plastic pot that had absolutely nothing to do with what we thought we were ordering. I called to get the issue resolved and somehow was tried to be convicted that this was someone else's fault and nothing was going to be done about it. Plain and simple, the money was taken and something random and cheaper was chosen to be sent instead. No refunds possible, nothing to correct from their point of view.
I will take really good care of this random plant that was sent to me. Only wish this florist took similar care of their clients and business.

Ordered rose delivery for Valentine’s Day but arrived late at 9 PM, screwing up all my plans and events. The flowers also looked unhealthy when delivered and died after two days. You pay $150 for some dried and rotten roses. Yay!

==== 2/21 Update ====
Called the store today. The female on the phone was VERY RUDE. She said there is nothing she can do because I called them so late. After I brought up the Google review, she seemed annoyed and said her manager is out of town so call them again next Monday. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Also updated the state of the flower four days after purchase. The roots are all rotten despite the fact that I change water and trim roots everyday.

WOW. Look at this arrangement! I had received a potted plant from this shop before (it was great, and such a surprise!) But this was my first time placing an order myself. It was super easy to do directly through their website for delivery straight to your door- and I really wanted to support a small & local business during these difficult times. But this exceeded my expectations and then some! I didn't even know that flowers could look so spectacular!! 10/10 would recommend- if you want something nice, you'd be a fool to look elsewhere.
