  My wife and I moved to TN not having any family or friends in the area, so we “stumbled” into working with Jeremy and Amanda. We could not have asked for better luck in finding someone to walk us through our home buying experience. They took the time to get to know us and our preferences beyond the simple preferences of sq ft, acreage, etc. We would certainly recommend the Polzel’s to anyone looking to buy a home in middle TN!

  The Polzel Group is an amazing group of people to work with. They helped me buy a new home, one that checked all my boxes- including features of the house and the price. It was a very long process for me due to extenuating circumstances for me, but all the while they would check in on me and were very responsive to my questions and concerns along the way. Amanda was definitely my advocate throughout the entire process from contract, to amendments to it, all the way to pall the details that led up to closing. She worked behind the scenes to get some things figured out without me having to worry about them just a day before closing. Everything went very smoothly at closing! I would highly recommend Amanda Polzel and the entire Polzel Group for buying a home or selling one! They are people of integrity and care for their clients!

  Amanda and Jeremy are the ultimate power couple & consummate professionals. We would absolutely reccomend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable & responsive team to assist them in their home search or selling experience. We had the honor of doing so during an insanely hot sellers market where we were in the buying side of the transaction and they worked swiftly to ensure we secured the property of our dreams. They even tolerated (and met) my insanely sarcastic & dry sense of humor as if we were old friends PLUS took us out house hunting in 8 inches of snowbc that's how we roll so they did too.😁
