The Customer Service Brings Us Back!!!

Last year I anxiously shopped for the perfect engagement ring - visiting a variety of local and chain store jewelers. In the midst of the overwhelming process, I visited Will Jewelers, located on Illinois Road. Doug was the first of their many experts to ask if they could help. I knew exactly what I wanted, but didnt see it among their impressive selection. Doug explained that they can custom make anything I had in mind. We picked the band first, then hand picked the perfect diamond. Doug offered to let me view the stone through a microscope to ensure it's quality. Within one week, I had the PERFECT engagement ring! I walked in the store to find a few customers admiring the work! Made me feel GREAT! Needless to say, she said yes!

Since then, we visitn the store regularly - they have resized and they clean and inspect the ring (looks AMAZING)! and They have even fixed her tiffany's necklace - ALL FREE of charge!!

Doug and his family are wonderful to work with. They Care! They are ginuine! and they are a perfect family business.

horrible costumer service. dont go there at all. you will waste your money. Talked to the manager and explained the whole situation and he didnt wanna do anything. Just turned around and said "wow" as in why is she complaining. They took my down payment few months back and i wanted it back but apparently that wasnt possible. I changed my mind on the ring and wanted the money back and for that i got attitude in return.
