  In the early 90's I had issues with OTHER ski company's ski handles becoming unvulcanized within a week and would not stand behind their most expensive handles. My friends and I trying to run a slalom course all weekend could be a little ruff on handles. Then in 1992 I switched to Bart's. At that time they sold "The Ultra" slalom handle. The Bart's Ultra could only be destroyed by a boat prop. I still have one and in good shape too. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Now I'm just "boat driver." The other day I had a problem with a good name brand tube. Bart's customer service explained the return procedure and handled my claim and return quickly and easily. Thank you Bart's for making lake life so enjoyable!
