A friendly staff and good food! The boss Andre is a hardworking man who has the best interest of his customers at heart. Their products are available at Cids and various places in Taos, NM and at the Co-op and other places in Sante Fe, NM

Still stands out in my travels as I passed through town. Love the Taos area. This place is a gem and was referred to me by one of the locals. I am gluten intolerant, and the breads here gave me no troubles. Hope to visit again some day.

This is the best bread I have ever had the great pleasure of eating. I am gluten sensitive and have no reaction at all to their bread.

We ordered the green chilli cheese bread. It was extremely heavy and not at all appealing. I would never order anything from there again. However, the staff was very pleasant.

Had a delicious and delightfully different chili bar and a great cup of coffee! Thank you!

The sourdough bread is amazing! You can sample the breads before you choose your favorite - mine is the Rye with Molasses and Fennel. Andre, the owner, is so nice and welcoming. The lunch is great too - I had the coffee, vegan spinach soup, and molasses toast. It was the perfect start to our afternoon touring Taos. : )

Incredibly delicious, filling, and nourishing food. It's so great to be able to sample all the artisan breads. Also, being able to watch the bakers at work makes for a very fulfilling experience. This place is very special!
