Just got my wedding band from Wholesale diamond consultants and I love it! I have been looking for a wedding band to match my engagement ring. My ring has a really low setting which made it impossible to find something that fit it without there being a huge space from the engagement ring and band. The Wholesale diamond consultants were highly recommended by two friends that got their wedding bands also custom made there. I can only say wonderful things. Larry and John are great at what they do, and I'm a very happy customer! I'm definitely referring others to them:) .

This place has reasonable prices and beautiful craftsmanship. My husband bought my engagement ring there, and I loved it. Rather than buying an anniversary wedding band, I decided to modify the ring, and again Larry was able to deliver a beautiful and timeless ring, exactly how I described it to him. He made my imagination come to life. Not only that, they are honest! The final price had a nice discount as the ring did not cost to produce as much as it was previously estimated. I love my ring, so I tell everyone I know to check out the place, too.

I'm literally standing in the store right now waiting to be helped. When I walked in I was finishing up a phone call but quickly got off the phone. It still took someone even 5 mins to say anything to me as I am standing in line, with a person behind me. I now am going on 10+ minutes of waiting.
My whole purpose of coming in was to get them to fix a ring I already brought to them once. A diamond fell out and I had them replace it earlier this year. It has since fallen out again. I have had great experiences in the past here however I'm very disappointed to see this kind of service now. I'm hoping to be helped soon and that they can resolve this issue soon. Success finally am being helped! Now let's see if this ring can be fixed.
. Wanted to update my review I picked up my ring that I was getting fixed the other week on my way out of town. It was on a Saturday and the store was busy, however this time I was greeted by a lady who advised me it would be just a minute. I still waited for about 10minutes again, however I knew the wait would probably be longer going in on a weekend and I didn't mind. When they gave me the ring back it looked great and the job was done beautifully, just like the other work I've had done there in the past. The gentleman I did talk to did tell me they were a little surprised by my initial review and felt it was a little unfair. I still don't understand how they thought I was unfair, however I did advise them that I had ever intention of doing an update, as so. Anyways, they told me they didn't have a record of me getting that particular diamond fixed there before which I believed I had, I offered to pay for it since they didn't have a record of it that they could find, but they were generous and insisted that there was no need for me to. They did mention they had a note that one of the diamonds was chipped, I don't remember anyone ever telling me that in the past, I would have just had them fix it, but either way the job was done and done well.
I'm happy to have my ring look great again, and I would recommend this place still and will still go there myself if I have any issues. I think it might have been a fluke experience possibly when I dropped my ring off to initially get fixed, however I'm glad to see the company takes pride in providing good customer satisfaction. Not only did they take care of my ring, but they clearly listen to their customers. When I went to pick it up they had a copy of my review printed out and wanted to have s genuine talk about it even though they were a bit busy when I came back to pick it up. I've worked in customer service for years and own my own business as well and it's things like that, that I believe provide good customer satisfaction. Our friend recommended diamond consultants over 10 years ago when my husband had my engagement ring made. I loved it and continued and recommended Larry to all my friends. He is excellent in his profession but I think what I like most is that Larry is calming and very accommodating to his clients. We have found a pure gem in Larry.
