Excellent selection and very knowledgeable employees. I frequently stop in, and have never been dissatisfied.

My favorite knife shop! The selection of knives, flashlights and other gear is amazing. Prices are reasonable. That said, even if they are a few dollars higher or lower on a particular item, I'm happy to support the local knife shop rather than just shopping for the lowest price online to save $2. The staff is knowledgeable and you have a chance to actually inspect the goods before a purchase. A+

The store is great. I was very impressed with the selection and cleanliness. I purchased 5 knives from them within the last 6 months.
Unfortunately I will not purchase anymore from them as long as the owner is there. He is an arrogant pompous jerk who talks to people like they're stupid. The last time I was there, he spoke to a man with an arrogant snobby tone that was completely unacceptable. Because of the owner and his horrible attitude I will never be purchasing anything from Edgeworks again. To the grown man who was spoken to like a dog, I'm very sorry you had to experience that. If you want to be spoken to in an arrogant pompous tone, go see the owner at Edgeworks.

I have bought several knives here over the years. The knowledge they are willing to impart on to you is spot on and educational. Will always return.

Was super excited to check this place out. However I won't be going back. I walked around the entire store and nobody greeted me or offered any help. At one point the store was empty except for wife and I. My wife asked a question and received a short snippy answer. The staff acted like we were a bother.

My wife an I recently stopped in here to selected a good quality knife for my father and I wanted to speak with someone about a Hackman Survival knife I have. When we entered the establishment we were not acknowledged even though there were no customers in the store. We proceeded to look through the selections of knives and I found they had dart boards and dart board accessories. My wife then called me over to show me a Pen that was in a case for $375 dollars. Because of a Pen being marked at such a high price, she thought maybe it was actually a knife. I asked the person working if it was just a Pen. He shortly said Yup it is just a Pen. My wife then asked (in a joking tone) "Then what is it doing in a knife store". The worker then said in a somewhat rude tone it's made by the person who makes those knives, they make other stuff too. We continued to look at a couple more display cases, but were not impressed with the customer service so decided we would not be buying anything today. As we were leaving the worker was opening something for a customer that just came in, so I told the worker in a loud enough and friendly way to have a nice day and he just ignored us. He was not talking to the other guest and the other guest was not talking so it wasn't just lost in a conversation.
I will not return to this store because of this interaction. I can receive the same product for a lower price directly from the makers.

Great selection of knives and flashlights. Knife sharpening only cost $2 for next day service. Have been here many times and staff is always helpful.

I've been shopping here for years and I can't recommend Edgeworks enough. The selection is amazing. Not only do they have a large selection but it is also expertly curated. Edgeworks does not carry any junk; from high end to completely affordable, Sean carries only quality.

Customer service is fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you have a question or need guidance on purchase, Sean really knows his stuff and wont just point you to the expensive items.

Prices are generally pretty close to the best prices you can find online. The extra couple $$ I will gladly spend here because I know Sean actually checks knives before selling them and always has you handle and inspect the exact knife you are about to buy.

If you're in the market for quality cutlery, regardless of price range, head to Edgeworks!

Great shop set-up. Wide variety, and knives displayed great. They let you hold them and flip them no problem. You mess it up you buy it though! They have a sharpening service using a belt, which usually gives the knife a slight convexed edge, but they don't give it a wide bevel. $2 per inch. My FirstEdge 5150 cost $8 to get sharpened.

The blades they have are mainly the knives you see in the mainstream knife world. All your Kershaw's, Esee's, a few Emerson's, Spyderco's of course, huge on Buck's and Boker's though. Some Fox Knives(very few), Auto's for LE/Military purchase only(can't even hold them)!!! Benchmade's, HUGE selection of Sebenza'a. Huge selection of high end Kitchen knives. They sell Canae gear, Maxpedition gear, Greyghost gear, and Arrow heads for hunting. All in all, everyone can find something they like there.

The only reason I gave the place 4 instead of 5 is because the staff are a bunch of introvert's. They aren't at all customer savvy at all. Which is why I'll go there to feel a knife then buy of Amazon. :)
