  I go here whenever I'm craving the mini cheesecakes. Much emptier than usual and longer wait times for checkout. But understandable considering the current climate. Still one of my fav places in Union Square.
  
  They made some really nice changes. Expanded the upstairs eating area and put the hot food section upstairs as well. They've also minimized interactions with the cashiers and made more self checkout stalls.

  Super market on ground floor. Not cheap, good quality.
  Food market on first floor, various dishes from sushi to salad to noodles.
  Good for a quick meal.

  Horrible place. I came in here with a coupon that gave me a free milk. Cashier couldn’t give me my milk yet I had a coupon that would give it to me for free. If you want to deal with rude cashiers, then gladly come here. All I wanted was to get my milk and then leave. But instead I had to leave with a horrible experience, I will never be returning to this place again. Horrible cashier and horrible store. If I could give it 0 stars I WOULD.

  Coming here during rush hour was a nightmare like all the other reviews say. Like the self checkout line was enormous at 15:00. It's nice they have amazon return booth though in a great location too it's near the front of the store. I get returns done easily and quickly here

  Well stocked, great staff, very organized. Can get very crowded but lines are managed well. Fair prices.
