  I am so disappointed with this cleaners. I had been taking my husbands shirts weekly for several months so often Tanya, the manager, knew his clothes. One day I went to drop off and Tanya wasn't there, just the owner and she listed my clothes under someone else's name. Thank goodness the honest man brought them back. I only have my husband's things laundered and pressed. (Even paying extra the owner would tell employees NOT TO PRESS THE SLEEVES), but somehow my weekly bill went from $10-13 dollars a week to $30!!! No apology from the owner even after having to wait 22 days hoping my husbsnds clothes were found. The owner is ruining her own business and shows NO REMORSE OR CARE if your item is lost or misplaced. Thanks to Tanya we got our items back!!! I would not take another item to HILLCREST CLEANERS FOR LOVE OR MONEY. Beware!!!!!

  Want be back here! The woman they have working now she needs to be fired. She went on a rant about how preacher's were getting a discount and she didn't believe that they deserve one . First do your job and keep your mouth shut .you are paid to clean laundry, receive money and hand out people's wash . Not give your opinion or your beliefs. Preacher's give a lot of there time and personal money to helping others or finding the help they need. Most of the preacher's in and around the area make very little if anything some don't take anything for what they do and work a full time job. Miss what do you contribute to your fellow man , other than a bad attitude?

  Definitely not a customer service kind of place. My wife took a comforter up here for dry cleaning. While they did have the comforter ready on time, I tried to call to make sure it was ready before driving to Simsponville. After spending 5 minutes of listening to the woman have a random conversation with someone I finally gave up and drove up there. She then had to go get it out of her car for some reason, then brought the balled up comforter in and slammed it down on the counter to where it almost slid off the counter. Not impressed from my experience and I will take my future cleaning needs elsewhere.

  I have not had a good experience here. I dropped off a comforter to be washedit was promised back on a Wednesday. I go on Thursday to pick it up and they tell me it won't be back until Friday. I make the trip back again and pick it up. I get home and realize there is a gaping hole in it that wasn't there before I dropped it off. I call them and they recommend I bring it in and they will have a seamstress try to repair it and they will call me when it's ready but that I should allow 2 weeks. 4 weeks go by and I hear nothing- I call every day last week and nobody answers the phone. I go by today and that tell me it's ready and has been for weeks but nobody has bothered to call me. I expressed my irritation and there was not even a hint of an apology- all they said was 'yeah, I understand.' I will not be back
