This was by far the worst care i have ever gotten !!!!!!! Tvs havnt worked for 2 days doctors take forever make u wait to eat for hours. They don't listen or give u ur prescriptions
All my birth experience's were great.wonderful team of doctors & nurses..
I came to ER and I felt very disrespected. The staff didn't believe me when I told them my memory was gonel than finding out why I lost my memory. I get home and I have bruises on my arm and face and a big knot in the back of my head and it still hurts. I will never come to this hospital again. Something happened to me and I still don't know what.
Sat for 3 hrs in wr waiting room while let ppl go in bk one rite after another while i sat there bleeding internally never will i go to this hospital ever again no matter how close to home they r
Had a c-section a few weeks ago. Everyone was amazing i can't say enough good things about all the staff. They all made sure i was comfortable and kept my pain level as low as possible. Thank you everyone for the great care!!
Just met Amanda Miller NP. She was very nice, professional, and had a warm and welcoming personality. I would definitely recommend her for your family's health care!
The NICU nurses here are honestly a joke who use scare tactics and fear mongering to get their point across. Very snotty, condescending and unfriendly NICU staff. I am traumatized from my whole birthing experience here and highly suggest you find somewhere else to give birth.
The doctors and nurses used my family against me and forced me to stay there against my will. I over heard them also talking about legally taking away my right to make decisions for myself, as they thought it was crazy that I wanted to leave in my state. They also said I no longer have a disease I am still dealing with now. They don't survey you after your stay like most other hospitals to help management make it a better place and the nursing staff was rude, too. I hated my stay at St. Joseph's Hospital.
One of the doctors try to make me stsy against my will.. But otherwise the staff is friendly and nice
My only complaint with the hospital is: While I was in the midst of my stroke I was in the waiting room in ER, I feel my lasting effects of my stroke wouldn
't have been as bad as they are, If my heath wasn't put on ho;d. I feel by being in the Er for 8 + hours caused me more harm then good. But over all the staff was good, for my visit.
Today March 23rd 2017.. I was visiting the Wheaton primary care services on the 7th floor. They have walk in hours from 9am-11am. I was doing a walk in, waited 45 minutes (wasn't upset) then got called back to see Dr. Moss. I would like to say I had a good visit with her but indeed I did not. She came into the room and skipped any kind of introduction to make 3 things very clear to me. That she was NOT my primary care dr, that she was fitting me into her schedule, and that she would only discuss 1 issue with me. I was blown away, as my tone of voice changed she then said she's not here to argue with me and she will not argue with me. I'm on the verge of tears confused on what I did to her to deserve the hostility.. When Dr. Moss walks out of the room and said "Shes done." I was seen by someone else but I couldn't shake how I was treated and introduced to Dr. Moss. I waited 45 minutes knowing that I was going to see a Dr who wasn't my PMCD. I was in what is suppose to be a professional building, with professional people who want to help you no matter who you are. I also don't care about her fitting me into her schedule. She's a DR. She is at work and she was taking walk ins, she needs to remember its her job not something she's doing for free. Have more respect for the people who allow you to keep your job because they are coming there. I'll be following the chain of commandments up to see something is done about this.
I really like St Jo Emergency 3 visits all great care Last Fri I mean ed a drink of Water the Water Fountain The dirt is so disgusting unbelievable its a hospital Emergency Room operator27 refused to forward me to administration to ask to clean I remember people caring@ customer Care where r they Now :((
Only slightly good for immediate pain relief after hours of waiting. Please do not trust their diagnoses, get a second opinion. Came in for extreme problems in the liver/pancreas/gallbladder region and was sent home with the prescription of antacids.
Nursing staff on the birth floor were excellent, they were patient and attentive to mom and baby needs.
I will never go here again! I went in for blurry vision and they fed me something trough my IV that made me immediately cough and got me so high I couldn't even stay awake! I would never ever go here again nor will I recommend anyone to stop in here!
Smart mouth nurses. Very uncooperative and very unprofessional nurses. They pester you and try to argue with you ever second they had a chance. My mom was holding her new born baby and they tried starting arguments when the baby was sleeping peacefully eventually disturbing the baby and making it cry from the condition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!!
Long wait and very un professional.i waited 3 hour so i left I when to sinai medical and i waited less then 15 min and they give the best care i could get left feeling very thankful .
I love that there is still a hospital that low income families can go to and feel comfortable, thats, great but some staff members need more training before being given big offices were they sit and do nothing all day. I am talking about a few ignorant and unqualified MSW, LCSW (social workers) that will have the nerve to lie about so called progress being make in patients behave , when in actuality they have made no effort at all! Whitley you know who you are. Most of the doctors are very concerned and have great bed side manner which is appreciated when doing "under the knife". Yes, overall this is one of the best hospitals in the city, just my opinion
