Classes in Taoist Chi Gung and Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan meet twice a week at noon. People are friendly and welcoming. Classes are personal for beginners as well as the expierenced.Call park to attend a free class.

Youth Football is unsafe, but the Westmont version with crazy coaches who care more about winning than the kids is the worst of it. Don't get me started on the Wildcats Cheerleading program. A money machine with plenty of perks for those in charge.

When it comes to giving my kids the skills to compete in Football and Cheer the coaches at the Westmont Wildcats are the Best. Coach Ron (Bandits), Coach Bob (Mighty Mites) and Coach Dave (Pee Wee) are just a few of the wonderful Football Coaches that teach our kids the right way to play the game of Youth Football. They study and coach the HELMET FREE TACKLING PROCESS, which is huge in keeping our kids safe. The Westmont Cheerleaders have a long history of making cheer fun but with a winning attitude and they have the awards to prove it. Overall, you will not find a more dedicated Youth Football Program and you kids will love your for signing them up.
