My cat had not eaten in over 24 hours, was drinking excessively, and was moaning. They wouldn't see him on the same day so I ended up taking him to the ER where he was diagnosed with a blocked bladder and treated immediately lest the bladder rupture.

The entire staff and all of the Veterinarians at the Whole Pet Veterinary Center are kind, compassionate, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have taken all of our dogs to this practice since they opened their doors and I feel like they truly care about our pets and go out of their way to ensure their health and wellness.

I have been going to Westford Animal Hospital forever - and have and would recommend them to everyone-
I have seen Dr. Vicik -whom we loved very much - but with my work schedule and her hours - we have become a patient of Dr. Vickery - I have come to trust her completely - she is extremely knowledgeable and so willing to work hard for what's best !
My sweet Jake was not well - she quickly diagnosed him with major food allergies and mast cell disease - a major overhaul change in diet and daily allergy meds - and he is now thriving better than ever -
Thank you Dr.Vickery and entire staff !
I couldn't be happier with the care ALL my boys receive at Westford Animal Hospital 😽😽😽

Dr Vickery has been a God send to my sister's cats, esp Jake, who was having horrible skin issues and mast cell disorder. With change of duet and anti inflammatory meds, Jake is now thriving! 😄 We love you Dr Vickers! And Jake says thank you meow!

The staff at Westford animal hospital were there for us when our beloved 3 year old cat was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer that could not be treated. They were compassionate, professional and understanding. After one of the most horrible days my family and I had to go through in our lives, during which the staff was VERY respectful and gentle, we received a hand written card from them, saying that they're thinking about us in this time of loss. The staff that helped us each wrote a beautiful message. I never had to go through this before, so I don't know if this is a common practice, but this card really touched us. I am very thankful for how thoughtful these people are. Other than the good experience we had with them while our cat was still healthy and alive, they truly showed us their humanity and compassion during these last few awful weeks.

I moved to Westford about a year ago and needed a vet for my 14 year old. She needed dental surgery and I am so happy I chose to bring her here. Dr. Vickery and the Staff were kind sweet and caring to my pet and the surgery went great! She had to have a lot of teeth removed in her old age and now she is playing around, purring and clearly not in any pain. I was so impressed with the care she received I brought my other cat a 9 year old Male for a check up as well. While a suggle bun at home, he is quite the opposite of sweet when it comes to exams. He will strike at will. Once again, but in a very different situation, Dr. Vickery knew how to handle my pet caringly and safely perform the exam. Lucky to report he is in great shape and I have found a wonderful vet!!!!

Excellent. I highly recommend them. I was a veterinary technician a long time ago . I am impressed by the staff's professionalism. As a pet owner (two cats), I like that they really care for my pets and that they took the time to answer my questions. Very patient staff. Clean facility.

They went above and beyond when we brought our bird in after an accidental overdose. The doctor was very kind and the whole staff pleasant and friendly and our bird was very well treated. Thank you

Vets were nice but didn't have a lot of experience with very common cat issues. It was obvious they were looking everything up in manuals. Front desk support was very difficult to work with.
