I have a pug/beagle mix and I'm a very difficult dog-father. My dog had a rough year before Riverlin. He went through a traumatic neck surgery with tons of after care, prescriptions, and complications. When it came to picking a new vet in light of all the TLC my little guy would need, I was very particular.
After a recommendation and some googling, I brought him in for the first visit and the doctor (Dr. Campbell) was personable, knowledgeable, and comfortable to work with. The first visit was no charge. My next visit was for an eye surgery. My fear was that while he was under, the doctors might turn his neck in a way that would reverse rehab progress. The doctors assured me they would take all precautions. I was very nervous.
My nervousness was unwarranted. I received my boy back in the timeframe promised within the budget discussed and with complete professionalism. My dog showed no signs of neck injury complications.
I took him in three weeks later for an eye irritation follow up. They fit me in same-day. Dr. Campbell did not charge me for the "after care" visit and was extremely friendly and comforting. I have never seen him or anyone on staff anything less than professional.
I would highly recommend these folks for all of your pet care needs. My dog is an excessive case and I'm a tough parent to deal with but these guys have my full confidence. This speaks volumes.
Thank you, Riverlin for restoring my faith in pet medicine. Dr. Campbell has been my only doctor from day one and this, too, was very comforting. These guys deserve recognition for outstanding work. They earn it.response / report this review -

I love Riverlin! We're new to town and it came highly recommended. After 2 visits, I couldn't be more happy with them. The entire staff is thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They really work with you to make sure your pet gets the best care without spending unnecessarily

My wife and I took our dog here recently and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The vet was also very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He also took the extra time with our dog to make her feel comfortable. I am very impressed with their goal to try to make things affordable by not always pushing vet medicine or drugs through direct sales. From here on out this is my new vet!

Love this clinic so much. They are efficent, clean, friendly, and all my animals adore the vet. I definitely recommend this office to any pet owner. They are so accommodating that when I needed a same day visit they had no problem booking me into a time that had minimal wait.

The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable, they made me and my grouchy cat feel right at home. They even called the day after to make sure she was doing okay after her vaccination. I have definitely found my new vet.

We lost our 15 year old cat Timmy today. The outcome could not be changed. The compassion Dr. Knapp and her staff showed to Timmy and my family will never be forgotten. Thank you.

This is just a wonderful office to bring your pets! Very thorough and kind. They even called after day 2 to check up on our puppy Theodore!

Such a great experience! We were in need of a new local Vet and was highly recommended to call Riverlin by a friend. When i called I got an immediate appointment and it was for a time that works with my hectic schedule! I had them test my dog for heartworm which was something he has had in the past and they called me the very next morning by 9am with the results! I can't even begin to explain the relief I now have knowing my dog is healthy and I don't have to wonder all day at working waiting for my vet to call. Thank you!

Our boxer received the best care and love possible when he was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Campbell tried his best to keep our baby comfortable. We had surgery done to remove the tumor, but the cancer had spread. Dr. Campbell helped us through a very difficult time and made sure that our baby wasn't in pain. We also have a husky and a boxer/lab mix that go to this facility. The team of professionals are loving and friendly and provide the best care for our furry kids! Highly recommend this team!
