Took my bike in because it didn't store well. The brakes and shifter were maligned and I needed to get up and going. Doug was courteous and professional and got me squared away in rapid time. The quality of work is superior. I was doubtful to trust a Google 5.0 star rating, but yes, this is THE place to go for bicycle stuff.

I had a creak in my bottom bracket that would not go away. The head bike mechanic cleaned and lubed the bottom bracket and fixed the problem. I now have 3,000 miles on the bike since the service and haven't heard a single creak. I couldn't be happier and will take my bike back for service again.

This place is great! The staff are energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was primarily looking to purchase a bicycle, obviously, and I had many, many questions when I first came in. I was directed to the gentleman in the bicycle department who was very patient and helpful in answering all the questions I had. He was able to quickly and accurately fit me with a bike that suits all my needs and is very comfortable to ride. Since then, I've brought that same bike back for some minor service, and they got me squared away in no time! The prices can't be beat, either. All in all, a solid experience!

Helped me out with a persistent flat by finding a metal wire in my tire. Only charged me for the tube. Very friendly. Would come again.
