Great mall! Kids play areas are alot of fun. The carousel too. Good selection of shops and food. Bathrooms are pretty clean. Security guards are helpful. Bright and open. Best time to go is at opening time. That's the only point against them, they need to open sooner!

This is without a doubt one of the best and most enjoyable malls, not just in the Bay Area but all throughout Florida. The mall is large, spacious with a wide variety of different stores to shop from, and it's at a fantastic location with numerous restaurants and bars
This mall has a nice selection of quality products that can be had for pretty good prices. They may not be the best prices all the time but you're getting what you pay for. The food court is really good too.
I will recommend this place to travellers and also to locals around the bay area. You won't find a better mall around the bay area that's as friendly and as diverse as this place.response / report this review -

The mall itself is great. There does happen to be a complete idiot in charge of the parking lot. Every year in December they feel the need, for absolutely no logical reason, to change the normal traffic flow in ways that only make traffic worse. When there is more than the everyday traffic, how could they possibly think it would help things go faster/smoother, by putting up barracades and cones to reroute traffic funneling everyone one way while blocking the other directions people could drive normally. It is nothing but insane. The day and weekend before and after they do this, is 5 times faster than when they do. Black Friday weekend was far better because they hadn't started this yet. Please stop this terrible practice. Instead, maybe just have traffic cops help direct traffic through it's normal ways, that would actually help.

I really like the mall just not the hassle getting there or the parking. The shops are very nice, I do prefer some shops at International over this one only cause their customer service is better. Also finding really good food is hard here, everything around food wise is pretty blah. Pricing is high, I never go unless I got coupons handy.

Decent mall which has your traditional big retail stores. Some stores have undergone a significant renovation and look great. This mall also has some great restaurants, and the area becomes very busy on the weekends. Brand new PF Chang's just opened and other restaurants include Cheesecake Factory, Red Robbin and Bahama Breeze to name a few. The entrance and exit to the mall remains a nightmare, even after some redesign, which is what I dislike the most about this place.

Great mall. So much to do with the family as well with 2 indoor playgrounds and a full size carousel! Food court is Large. Every store you would want or need. Very open, the ceiling is glass so we get the Florida Sunshine during the day.

Good selection of shops, and food. parking is usually available. But on holiday weekends it can be challenging to find parking, that's when valet comes in handy. But it's rarely needed. This is my go to mall. Really enjoy this place.

We stopped over here for the Red Robin and we were not disappointed. The wait time was about 45 minutes but proved to be worth it. My wife and I tried two different types of Angus burgers and it delivered what it stated on the menu. The soft artisan type bread takes this burger to another level. The fries were perfect and the flavored sweat teas definitely hit the spot. To bad we don't have Red Robins in NOLA!

Nice place to shop. Lots of stores in a very easy lay out to navigate. If you're into food they do have a number of places to eat one of which being Cheesecake Factory. One of my personal favorites. Watch out though for the weekends. Like most shopping in Brandon it's very busy.

Good indoor mall. Great for walking. Good food court. Many full scale restaurants and fast food restaurants. Lots of stores inside and surrounding parking lot areas. Parking can be very difficult at times. Drivers, follow the arrows carefully in the parking area.

Huge variety of stores and restaurants. Great play places for the kids, even has a merry go round.

Great place with everything you want in a mall. Kids soft play place, and an indoor carousel (pay for tickets). Great adjacent outdoor mall of restaurants with water features and outdoor seating. Lost a star because the parking and traffic is HORRIBLE. There are only two roads in/out and so many strip shopping malls and restaurants separate but next to the mall. Poor planning for such a busy area next to the highway.

I love going there bc there are so many nice people working there. I love how there are so many places to sit and eat in the food court, and there are so many places to get food from. It is so nice and clean there. There are so many places to shop there so it is so to go and pretty much get what ever you need. I love how it has play areas for the kids. I would highly recomend going there.

I absolutely love this mall. It has so many trendy stores and there aren't any empty spots within the whole mall. The food court is stocked full of delicious restaurants! There's something for everyone, even picky people. The mall is very well lit (in the evening) and has sky lights the whole way through, making it very bright and pleasant. :) definitely check out this mall if you're in the area. There's something for everyone! A+++ rating!
