Absolutely amazing customer service at this location! I had to pull my vehicle from another Jeep dealership because they had it for 4 days and never touched it this location got it in right away and had my diagnosis to me within 24 hours I absolutely appreciate the service team at this location.

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service staff was very friendly. They answered my questions and completed the work in a timely manner. Good customer service goes a long way! Thank you. I’ll be returning in the future.

I bought my first car here and I had an awesome experience. Jordan was helpful and informative in helping me decide on the perfect Jeep. Excellent customer service, I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM. I have always drove Ford cars, but I was looking for something different. He really took the time to find me the perfect fit. I love my Jeep!!

I was very impressed with the staff here. Went down the street first and was told over 2 hour wait. This place was 45min in and out. Very pleased. Waiting room was ok but who cares when you don't have to be there that long !

I always have an awesome experience whether I'm physically at this dealership or not. Matthew Harris was super helpful when I was picking my Jeep out along with every other question or concern I have had along the way. If I have an issue, he finds the solution. I had to service my Jeep the other day and it was in and out in less than a day and he made sure to go out of his way to make sure that as well as a rental were taken care of for me. Definitely has earned the 5 stars.

Good prices and honest salesman. Go see Mike Poupore, he will treat you fair. We drove over 100 miles after seeing a car online and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the car was. Thanks Mike, I am a customer for life!

Westborn Chrysler Jeep was very impressive. I had previously contacted Taylor Chrysler Jeep but was told they would not service my jeep - yes they would not service their own product! Well, Westborn's service rep, David said they would indeed service my jeep. And the service I received was superb - David was very helpful and the work done by the mechanic solved the problem (I needed a new axle and wheel bearing). My jeep is running like new all thanks to the folks at Westborn. I would say avoid Taylor and take your business to Westborn, even if you have to drive the extra distance. I will.

Car buying can be a very stressful experience but yesterday Matt Harris made it even easier than ordering carry out. We got a new lease for my wife who absolutely hates car shopping. Matt got her excited about her new purchase and got me excited about a great price. Experience was absolutely awesome and he even introduced us to Josh in the service department. Looking forward to this new Automobile relationship with this dealership.

Jeff was an outstanding salesman. He priced our minivan at an outstanding price! He did not try to sell us anything we didn't want such as warranties and made the process as fast as possible! Which is a huge blessing with two small boys in tow. He even encouraged to keep trying to sell our current vehicle on Craigslist and said we would have no problem selling it at our current price and he was right!

I HIGHLY recommend going to see any of these guys, but I worked with Matt, sales person, and Scott, sales manager, with no pressure or typical sales bull.!! I had such a great experience (which is usually torture for me) and I have bought A LOT of cars over the years!!! LOVE my new Jeep!! Thanks guys!

The service department was very cordial and professional. However, the cashier was definitely something else. I went to the cashier window for my paperwork and keys, and stood there for about 3 minutes while the girl with long dark hair who sits right at the window, viewed what she was going to have for lunch on her computer. I just wanted to see how long it was going to be before she even looked up. Finally, another girl in the office asked her if she was helping me. She said she was sorry, but it wasn't sincere, but rather snotty. This girl definitely needs to learn customer service, and perhaps look up once in awhile when she is doing something personal at work.

This dealership is incredible! I had been searching for a car to lease for almost 5 weeks and was just about to settle for one that I didn't want just because I thought it was all that I could afford until I walked into Westborn! The staff were so incredibly attentive and pleasant and they were able to help me find the exact car I wanted for a deal that no other dealership could come close to matching- and I had done an extensive amount of shopping around. I would refer anyone I know to Westborn Chrysler who's interested in an awesome deal and a friendly and enjoyable car-buying experience.
