  They do not keep their web site updated. It is months out of date. Wasted a trip down there and did not have what I went after in the store.

  This business / the owner is fantastic. Responds to text / phone calls virtually immediately. Stayed in contact, as promised, through-out the entire process, while he compiled my order using a couple shipments. Picking-up the order at the transfer station was seamless. Hope to be back in the future; thanks again for everything!

  Hit or miss. They buy up close out stock so don’t expect anything to be there when you come back a 2nd time. But they have a wide ranging selection overall. Don’t really recommend much of the furniture but they have a lot of outdoor gardening things and hardware for home improvement in the warehouse. Prepare to rummage and get dusty.

  Great place to shop for incredible deals. I see some posts with folks complaining about the service. Get a firm grip on yourself. This store runs on an extremely tight budget in order to provide the sort of bargain prices you can obtain, so don't walk in expecting a fleet of sales people to come rushing to your presence. The young folks that work here are spread thin and work hard to take care of everyone as best as possible. With all that they have to do every day, they do a damn fine job of getting to customers in the quickest manner possible. Don't be in such a rush. Take your time and look around. You'll always find something you can use at a fantastic price. If, however, you need instant attention and service, go to the blood bank. They'll stop everything they're doing to draw a pint or two. Otherwise, kick back and enjoy what Yellow Knife Trading Post has to offer. It's an outstanding store and staff.

  Great product and great results. Melissa was very patient and helpful with us. I ended up purchasing 2400 sq ft of flooring and it looks great. Would work with them again for sure.

  I came here to see what kind of price they had on paneling and was very dissappointed. When I came through the front door I was welcomed by an empty store so I went to the back to try and find some help. Upon looking around to try and find what I was looking for a hyster driver told me I was standing in his way. Upon apologizing to him I tried to ask where to go to find panel and he turned his head and zoomed off. I looked around a little more and noticed 2 more employees hiding behind pallets(1 on a cell phone the other trying not to notice me) and never once was offered help. I will not return with this kind of service!

  Doing remodeling on home. Needed front door and other stuff. Had seen a front door before there we liked and wanted to know if it could be ordered. Only two guys seem to know the answer and could never catch them there. After 3rd trip to see if it could be ordered Tim was there. But he was to busy to answer and only give us a " I don't know I would have to call" as he was walking away. Guess they don't need my business and they will never get it.
